I've gotten my brows tinted before at other places & I was told not to wet them for 24 hours but this place told me not to wet them at all I was very confused about that. Overall, my eyebrow tint lasted approx 3/4 days on vacation I wiped around them. They waxed my brows way too thin so I wouldn't get that service again but I would try the tinting again. read more

I went there today & I went based on Google reviews, since the reviews here at old. I scheduled an appt with Rae. She's good with eyelashes but not with tinting. She made my eyebrows too dark, and the front doesn't look so good. I think that Julie is the best with eyebrows tinting and waxing. The place is always busy but they move fast. I recommend Rae for lashes but not for eyebrows tinting. Julie is the go to for tinting. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here for several reasons. One because of the atmosphere which isn't welcoming. Once you walk in this establishment it appears that the employees know nothing about customer engagement. Express Lashes has an online service, where essentially you should be able to schedule online. Which is false I believe their software has a glitch, which by the way I've advised them about it a year ago now. Each lash technician that install the individual mink lashes are a hit or a miss. If you do decide to get your lashes done here I will suggest that you get the strips instead. Since their minks individuals doesn't last and want to charge you for every little thing once you come back in two weeks for your refills.They're "money hungry "with terrible service. I hate the fact that when I pay cash that I have to ask for my receipt, which has happened on many occasion. Express lashes is really unprofessional. Whenever, I go there, there's always a customer complaining or arguing with one of their employees. Now I see and know why. There's one Lash technician. Her name is Jenny she's the the main one that always try to get more money out of you, even when you leave her a good tip. I called to make an appointment and I was very specific I wanted a long full set of lashes so they told me to do Volume. When I got there I repeated myself a few amount of times that I needed them long and full and I asked if I should just do the mega volume incase volume wasn't enough. They said Volume was enough and just send me to a table. Now a full set is supposed to last 2 hours to make, she did It in an hour and 10 minutes and they look like a classic set. Short, not full, you can barely tell I got anything done. I wasted 200$ and now I have to rip them off and find a new place because this were my birthday lashes! Horrible job !!!!! I recently went to Express Lashes to get my lashes done for a event I was attending out of town. I got them done on Wednesday evening about 6:30 pm the girl Mia that normally do my lashes was not feeling well so Amy did it for me. This is my fist time having her done my lashes and I must say I am extremely disappointed the lashes started to fall out by the next day. I totally lost all on one eye by the third day. I called them to inform what has happened and was told to come in and Amy will fix it for $5.00 even though I already paid $25.00 for my lashes that was supposed to last about 2 weeks definitely more than 3 days!! I informed them that I am out of town and won't be able to come in until in the week, they said I have to come back in by Tuesday if not it will be full price even though I told them that t had to totally take of the other lash.
