Overall 4/5 I had…read moreDeborah and she did an amazing job! Love my new lashes! She was great at educating me about the different curls and lengths of lashes. I got a natural more cat eye look. The decor was cute with lots of pink! I think maybe they should put their prices somewhere on the walls and maybe show before and after pics of different types of curls/styles so clients can see what each would look like. I trusted Deborah to fix me up and she did great though! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 was due to cleanliness. I do not think they switch out the towels that clients lay on after every use. I saw leftover lashes from the previous client on the sheets/towels. Other than that, I love her work! I'll be back for my fill! I have before and after pics.

I would gladly give five stars if I could rate Michelle independently, as I've always had great…read moreexperiences with her. Unfortunately, she was out of town, and I needed an urgent appointment for an event the next day, so I booked online with any available technician. I received both a confirmation text and email stating that my appointment was scheduled with Adriana. I planned my entire afternoon around this appointment and brought my 11-month-old son, keeping him up well past his nap so he would sleep during the service. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with my sleeping baby before someone Karolina (maybe the owner?) responded via text. She informed me she was out of the country, then provided Adriana's phone number. When I called Adriana, she said she was in Sunrise and did not have an appointment scheduled with me and hung up on me. This was very disappointing and stressful, especially given the planning involved and having a baby with me. There also seems to be a disconnect between the online booking system and technician availability. I hope the scheduling process can be improved so this doesn't happen to other clients. I would still return to see Michelle in the future, but will not be using their online booking system again!

When I was finished with the service, Marc tried to hustle me for an additional payment and tip. When that didn't work, he started trying to sell me shoes... Since then, my fills have gone up at least $10 and I can't say anything bc the prices aren't posted. Also, be prepared to have your appointments cancelled at the last minute and for the techs to run at least 15 minutes late to each appointment. They also will not offer you an eyelash brush unless you ask. My lashes often fall into my eyes even a day after they've been attached. That being said, it's a nice spot to take a 2 hour nap...

I followed on Instagram the owner of celebrity lashes for over a year for powder brows. I decided…read moreto book an appointment with Shelly. I just wanted my brows to look more filled in and sexier.I also decided to do lip blushing because I have hyper pigmentation on my lip and I wanted to cover it up. Before we started the process of powder brows. We discussed what shape and color I wanted. Shelly drew on brows first before we started the procedure. Honestly, I was terrified of feeling pain or discomfort. I never felt any pain during the process for my brows or lips. I expressed to Shelly that I wanted a natural pink lip color. I actually choose a color that was too light. These color fade 50 to 70 percent . During my touch up Shelly recommended a cranberry color. I don't wear dark lipstick but it looked red. After a week it is a light pink color. I'm very happy with my results. The healing process wasn't so bad. My lips peeled after a few days. My eyebrows never got any scabs. Everyone heals differently, I actually have very sensitive skin so I was surprised not to see noticeable scabs. I experienced dryness and peeling which is natural. Honestly, I wish that I would of gone darker the first time with the lip color because these colors really do fade to a very light natural color. Shelly is awesome. She really knows her stuff and is very professional. I drove from Tampa because I wanted only the best touching my face. It is nice waking up in the morning looking extra cute. Yup I woke up like this brows on point and nice pink lips
