Anna has such a calming presence and strives to give you the best service always. She goes above and beyond and uses quality products that I love which have helped improve my overall skin texture. Since coming to Anna to get my sugaring I have great results each appointment which in turn overtime I don't have to sugar as often. She is very clean and thorough which is something I seek when getting such an intimate service. Her skill and knowledge is unmatched as she has been working with skin for a long time. She looks to always use clean and simple products and never pushes a sale on you. Anna's work speaks for itself and everything she has tried/uses product wise has worked amazing! Everything I have purchased after a service is what she uses and has always provided great results. I am truly so happy I found Anna from a Groupon years ago! I met Diana. She told me to come back in 3 days because I recently shaved and the hair needed to grow up for a better, less painful wax. I came back three days later. I was nervous because I was told my multiple family members the waxing could hurt a lot because of my course hair. Diana was professional. We did 3 rounds of waxing and it was not as painful as I anticipated. She did such a good job. The hair is completely removed and before leaving she applied a transparent cream to sooth but honestly it was not painful after. Just a little red and mildly sore. I will be coming back again.

At no time was I clearly informed that I would be charged this fee, nor was the policy explained to me in writing. I tried several times to resolve the issue directly with management. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email, so I waited three days, but no one ever followed up. Because I could not get a response, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Unfortunately, when I had another appointment today, I was told by the manager that because I disputed the transaction, I would no longer be allowed to use their services. I do not feel this was handled fairly or professionally. What makes me especially disappointed is that the stylists themselves are wonderful. The girls are very professional, talented, and do an excellent job. My negative experience is specifically with the management and the way this situation was handled. I believe better communication, transparency, and professionalism could have resolved this without it becoming such a negative experience.
