In the end neither I or my dog were benefiting and were met with a curt and rude attitude on each occasion. I have an adorable and well cared for curly coated Lagotto Romagnolo, which comes with particular requirements for grooming. Suzanne and Tom would not take this into consideration and only responded with offense to any specific requests. Master groomers or not, there is a way to treat people and customers. Stay away.

This had been the best clip that Pepper has every had and I was delighted. Martha was great. I told her what Pepper was a little nervous of, front paws being touched.
