Suzanne and Tom would not take this into consideration and only responded with offense to any specific requests. Master groomers or not, there is a way to treat people and customers. Stay away.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SERVICE - DO NOT BOOK…read more Little Paws groomed our dog several times, they were great as our dog gets very nervous when groomed. Although, they were good they recommended that we gave our dog ACP tablets (Valium for dogs) as he was still quite nervous, we got them as instructed and gave them to our dog one hour before our last appointment this morning. After waiting for half an hour, I called them several times until they answered to say that all appointments were cancelled and that I should have received a text message which I did not. They made me drug my dog to not show up after. They are extremely unreliable, rude, and for some reason they feel entitled to think that they made the right choice.

We have been loyal clients of this veterinary clinic for over 15 years -- but after what we've just…read moreexperienced, I will never go back. While we were away on holiday, our 3-year-old dog, Tod, passed away suddenly and traumatically. I rang the clinic and specifically asked for paw prints and hair clippings before he was sent for autopsy and cremation. These were incredibly important to us -- a small way to hold on to a part of our boy. I followed up again the week we got home, just to see if it might be possible to get a nose print too. I was told someone would call me back. They didn't. I had to chase twice before I finally got an answer -- that he had already been cremated (which I understood), but that no paw prints or hair clippings had been taken either. Then came the excuses. I was told UCD "don't do it," that our dog was "never with them," which is completely false -- our friend personally brought him to Anicare. When our friend brought Tod to Anicare (which they told me to do on the phone) he was informed "We dont deal with dead dogs". Not only was there no apology, but the man on the front desk spoke with zero compassion, as if none of this mattered. It was deeply upsetting and completely disrespectful. What made this worse is that we have four other dogs at home. We were terrified something contagious or environmental had caused Tod's death. When our second youngest began showing similar symptoms -- and knowing Tod had died in less than an hour -- we called in a panic. They told us they might be able to see him later that evening. That kind of delay could have cost us another life. Thank God for Village Vets on Clonsilla Road, who took our concerns seriously, acted quickly, and treated us -- and our dog -- with real compassion. They saw him immediately. It was everything this clinic failed to do. And honestly, this wasn't the first time they showed a lack of care. A few years ago, after our cat was hit by a car, I came in to see her body -- and one of the vet nurses laughed and said, "Yous don't have the best of luck with animals, do yous?" That moment has stuck with me ever since, and now I wish we'd trusted our instincts and left them then. If you want a veterinary clinic that truly cares about animals -- and the people who love them -- I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. For this clinic, it seems like money is the only real motivator. We will never forgive how our family was treated during one of the worst weeks of our lives.

I am sure if they had the equivalent of a frequent flyer program then we must be Gold level at this stage but I guess that is what happens when you have a Cavalier King Charles. He is friendly, patient and from my point of view very knowledgeable about the breed of dog that we have. Her name was Pepper and she was a bit of a 'Woose'. His name was Paul and he could cope…read more Walking down the road with Pepper the other day (dog in case you had not guessed) she started to cough a bit. I am not a fussy dog owner rushing off to the Vet every time a dog sneezes but with Pepper I visit Nursing Home so it is important that she stays healthy. Trotted off to the Vet and Paul was able to see us quite quickly. When I am sick I want to see a Vet - no hanging around. He checked her over and said 'Kennel cough'! Be warned dog owners it is going around again. Checked her knees as I had noticed her 'Bunny hopping' - looks funny but not a good sign. Bit of a shock as he said that her right knee was worse and that surgery might be needed and better it was done sooner rather than later when she may be in more pain as she gets older. Tuesday was mentioned! Small panic thinking is it covered by Pet Plan and yes it was. Last Tuesday Pepper had her surgery and everyone there was so kind and considerate. Paul was available to talk when I needed to check that she was doing okay. I slept downstairs as it was easier to keep an eye on her - apart from my sleeping and Pepper making her way upstairs the night of her surgery and back down again while I was sound asleep! Housebound for a while - stairs blocked - and big collar to stop her licking the wound until healed a bit. Stitches were removed today and all well - gentle exercise and small amount of physiotherapy and to be carried up and down stairs. They were great. Pepper obviously was happy to go back there as no cowering from Paul so perhaps she is not quite the 'Woose' I thought. Would I go back? I have to but happily.
