My driver was Mr. Ravi, I believe his driver ID was 007 and he is the reason I'm writing this review. He was there a little early but didn't have a problem waiting. He was a pleasure to talk to on the way to the airport, got me to the airport on time, and was a great guy all around. Thank you for the service! As far as the company goes they are easy to work with, helpful when you need it, and they have some great drivers!

This is my first time booking (on-line) for a Chauffeur Service, to a foreign country (UK), for…read morerides between Heathrow Airport and my Hotel in London. Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Highly recommended for travelers arriving in London with spouse/family and a lot of luggage! I cant imagine people travelling any other way!

Despite the fact that I never provided my number I received a booking confirmation text. I called Abetta to let them know that it is my friend who needs to receive the confirmation information and I re-iterated my friend's number. The male Abetta staff said the confirmation had gone to my friend's number and not mine - despite me looking at the relevant text on my phone!!! I thought how odd, and hoped this was the end of it. However, despite never contacting Abetta again since, I have been receiving a few, erratic confirmation texts from Abetta to which each I texted STOP! This offensive situation escalated early last Saturday morning when Abetta called (!) me to discuss a booking!?? I again told them that I had nothing to do them, that I had not made any bookings with them ever! The male Abetta staff he would look into this. But this morning I received yet another booking confirmation text, to which texted STOP. This is now unacceptably intrusive. I hence called Abetta to tell them to stop this harassment once and for all, but the female staff was extremely unfriendly, und unwilling/unable to even hear me out. She talked over me in an angry voice insisting that I booked cars with them!!! She was hell-bound to accuse me and unable to even consider for a moment that - given my experience - Abetta's system is flawed. I insisted the harassment be stopped, but she said 'EXCUSE ME a booking was made using your number...' Abetta's system is obviously flawed. Fix your system. Train your staff. STOP the harassment.
