I have never had such disgusting customer service and I would not recommend Kingston cars to anyone. We eventually had to get 2 buses and as I have recently had surgery and my husband has heart problems this was extremely upsetting for both of us. I would never book with them again.

I requested a high vehicle since my dad has difficulty getting in and out of seats. The company specified a 6-seater, and I paid in advance. I received a phone call at 8.20 on Monday morning to say that there was an issue with the 6-seater, and they could send an estate car instead. I said that was fine as long as it was on time. I received a call at 8.40 to say that there were no taxis available, no driver would take the job. I had taken care on the phone when I made the booking to outline the circumstances and the importance for my mum to make her appointment on time. I was assured that everything would be fine.

They arrive on time and seem to know some canny routes, especially when it comes to getting to Heathrow. Their prices are reasonably competitive/market-driven and the drivers are mostly well-presented and courteous. Staff on the phone are pleasant too and usually remember regulars.
