The hotel concierge set everything up for me the night before and the taxi arrived promptly. It will always be funny to me seeing people drive on the opposite side from us in the states. I like the London taxi for its spaciousness. There was plenty of room for my long legs and my luggage; I love that I did not have to share a cramped space. There was a lot of traffic, so that made the ride a bit longer than expected. But, door to door service from destination A to B is always appreciated!!
