Note that most of the roadways in the cemetery are just barely wide enough for two vehicles to pass each other. If encountering one coming toward you, slow down and hug the shoulder of the road. THE GROUNDS The grounds are well maintained, and include a duck pond and meditation garden. Do be aware that, while you're welcome to place flowers and other memorials at a tombstone, the maintenance crew will remove them and throw them out once they're out of season. Westover is a peaceful place - allowing you to think and remember.

I'm talking about complete cussing and yelling at her infront of other residents embarrassing her to the point of crying. And that isn't the only biggest issue on the staff, there is another nightmare that has been addressed MULTIPLE TIMES and has BeenVerified looked. One of the older house mothers that work here has been caught taking the blankets off these women that are undressed and ASLEEP in their beds at night and she will stand over them and just STARE AT THEM. She has touched residents and made inappropriate comments as well. THIS IS SICK. I do not understand for the life of me why this woman has not been fired yet. If you are an official reading this please help these ladies. Another thing - there is NO FOOD BEING COOKED FOR THEM ON THE WEEKENDS. The service our family received from Mr. Reid was excellent. They were empathetic and caring…read morethroughout the process of funeralizing our loved one. This was not only displayed throughout the service but also during the business aspect of the process. Now to fast track ahead one year after mom was buried. On Memorial day this year (2019) family went to the graveyard to pay our honors. We drove down from ATL. We were heartbroken and saddened when we got there that a headstone had not been ordered and placed on mom's site as was promised (family member). So, hubby and I called Mr. Reid (Sr) for guidance and direction (a year later!). He remembered us. His service did not stop last Spring. when mom passed but he treated us as though we were still his customers. We were very touched and will follow through with his directions. I rated this funeral home with a 4 star only because they could use an update on some of their aesthetics (looks) ... modernize the facility. Other than that the facility was clean, customer service great and staff was/is very accommodating!
