TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.

I appreciated them always cleaning up my place, prior to leaving. And making extra efforts to avoid getting dust etc. all over my home. It's worth mentioning, my electric bill has decreased from $250/month to $55/month. So, this job will eventually pay for itself in monthly savings and rebates. I was able to finance the ($9K) job over 2 years with no interest. Very helpful! The staff is soooo nice and friendly. Shout out to Joshua, my plumber and Drew, the owner. Drew called about a month later to check-in, and make sure I was still happy with the job. WOW!! So thoughtful and considerate of them to check-in. Joshua was great and even came by on his day off to check/fix my garbage disposal and toilet issue (separate from the water heater job). They are my go-to-plumbers, going forward. I highly recommend.

They are scummy salesmen…read more I'm having a few issues with the water filtration system at a rental home I own, so I called to have a technician come out and take a look. He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit. Call me crazy, but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars if all I have to do is replace a 3-dollar plastic water line. It is like getting a flat tire, and the mechanic is trying to sell you a new car. just slimie as all hell.

Jetters N Drains were the only guys willing to give me a straight forward price quote through Yelp for this simple service after looking at a few pictures I sent. Everyone else was trying to upsell me with "snaking first", "We'll come out for free consultation", etc. Camera evaluation after jetting was included too (some competitors try charging extra as well), and the price was unbeatable, even lower compared to what I paid other companies for the same service in the past. The job was done efficiently and the site left spotless. Good to know I won't have to shop around again next time I need jetting - I'll just call Jetters N Drains again

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I contacted Pristine Plumbing first attracted to their reviews. The technicians from Pristine…read morePlumbing arrived on time and were professional when they came to my home, which I appreciated. They were able to help address the immediate plumbing issue, but overall I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the pricing, results, and communication. In my experience, the cost added up very quickly. The initial recommendation included snaking and a camera inspection, and after that did not resolve the issue, hydro jetting was recommended to address roots in the sewer line. I ended up spending over $2,000 (at least one third could have been saved if they did root cause diagnosis before snaking), but after the service, roots were still visible in the sewer line, so I'm still unclear on how much the hydro jetting actually accomplished. Communication after the service could also have been much better. The company advertises 24-hour service, but when I called after hours, I was unable to reach anyone. I also didn't receive a very clear explanation afterward of what was accomplished, what remained unresolved, or what the next steps should be. Overall, the technicians were hard working, punctual and helpful, but considering the cost, I would strongly recommend getting quotes and second opinions from a few plumbing companies before committing to several thousand dollars of work. For a major sewer or root issue, I would also make sure the expected outcome and warranty are clearly explained in writing before proceeding, there is a lack of post service communication .

They did not have to break any concrete and there was zero damage to any landscaping etc. Brian and his team truly value clients as they've done several trips at no costs or obligation at a different home of of mine. I highly recommend their services and advice! Lastly, Rooter champion was the most competitive among 2 other bids and they still worked with me on final costs.
