There was little empathy that my child and dog were going to have a meltdown because it was LATE. As others commented, at least the photographer we had, failed to engage our child other than to shake a tambourine and then eventually just drop it on the floor so it made a loud noise. Besides standing and sitting on the floor, we had no other props. The photos we received back were uncut -- like I have to physically cut them myself with scissors. I left 1 star because it is pretty convenient that we can select, print, and take our photos the same day. This is definitely helpful if you're in a pinch for photos. But perhaps that's the reason why we felt so rushed -- because they're working double duty. Felt understaffed.
