As others commented, at least the photographer we had, failed to engage our child other than to shake a tambourine and then eventually just drop it on the floor so it made a loud noise. Besides standing and sitting on the floor, we had no other props. The photos we received back were uncut -- like I have to physically cut them myself with scissors. I left 1 star because it is pretty convenient that we can select, print, and take our photos the same day. This is definitely helpful if you're in a pinch for photos. But perhaps that's the reason why we felt so rushed -- because they're working double duty. Felt understaffed.

It was my first time having a headshot done and my first time getting makeup done and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. Sam, the photographer, was simply phenomenal. Her bright demeanor, energy, and personality were beyond what I could have asked for.
