Went to the All Service Moving website and booked my move. There was a confirmation phone call from the front office then there was a phone call from Chuck my move lead saying that they were about 30 minutes out from arriving. The two men worked fast and were very professional. Chuck is the friendliest and nicest person. I've met in a long time. Two thumbs up.

If you read one thing from this review, it's this: do not hire All Service Moving unless you're…read morewilling to risk unexpected charges, damaged belongings, and a company that refuses to stand behind its work. We provided a complete inventory of our home and were quoted for one truck. Your team spent an entire day packing our home and never once mentioned there was a capacity issue. It wasn't until the very end of moving day, after everything had already been packed and loaded and we had no meaningful opportunity to make another decision, that we were told we needed to pay for a second truck. As a result, it ultimately required two trucks to remove our belongings from storage, effectively doubling the cost we had been led to expect. Unfortunately, the handling of our belongings was even more concerning. During move-out from All Service Moving's warehouse, numerous damaged items were identified and photographed. We also documented furniture stored directly against other furniture with little or no protection, exposed boxes, and delicate items packed and stored in ways that unnecessarily increased the risk of damage. As we continued unpacking, we found additional examples of improper packing, despite paying All Service Moving to professionally pack our home. Wardrobe boxes were not used for hanging clothing--the hanging bars were never used, and clothing and shoes were piled throughout the boxes. Delicate lamp shades were packed with dirty outdoor items. Clothing was packed alongside a floor cleaner and a greasy kitchen rack. Fragile decorative branches were packed without protection and arrived broken. These were not isolated mistakes. They reflected a consistent pattern in how our belongings were packed, stored, and handled. Despite photographs documenting both the damage and the way our belongings were packed and stored while in All Service Moving's warehouse, the company has never taken responsibility. We spent months trying to resolve this privately before writing this review. During that time, we repeatedly provided documentation, waited through postponed discussions, and requested the documents supporting the company's position. Those documents were never produced, and All Service Moving never took responsibility for the damage. Moving is one of the largest expenses and most stressful experiences many people will go through. When you hire a moving company, you're trusting them with everything you own. We expected our belongings to be handled with care and, if something went wrong, for the company to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with All Service Moving.

My mom and I stumbled across Kaylinn by happenstance, through yelp, and it was the best luck we'd had on our trip. Kaylinn was a rockstar! She was responsive, quick to offer packing help, showed up early to my grandma's apartment (THE VERY NEXT DAY), brought extra packing supplies just in case, was highly knowledgeable and creative and hustled her butt off while the three of us packed up the entire apartment in 4 hours! I can't say enough kind words about Kaylinn and the moving company she partners with - they became lifesavers when life was throwing some pretty fast curve balls our way. Even after she helped us pack the apartment - she was instrumental in coordinating the movers, the loading of the boxes and the shipment of the stuff from Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area. She even returned the keys to the leasing office for us since we were out of state!!!! Truly saved us from multiple headaches and also having to travel to back Oregon ourselves! If they world had more people like Kaylinn, we'd all be better off! Although I doubt we'll be needing packing or boxing services in Oregon anytime soon, I'd be happy to reach out to Kaylinn again! And I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for out of state moving help!!!!!

From their flexibility with scheduling to their excellent communication and quality of work, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The moving team was incredibly personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found this company and will definitely be using them for any future moving needs. Highly recommend!

I booked two guys at a rate comparable to the other companies I called, with no deposit required. Sam called to confirm the evening before, and gave me an arrival window between 1-3pm (we had discussed this at the time of booking and I was happy to be flexible with the timing). The crew called me before noon on Wednesday to discuss the best time to meet and we agreed on 12:45pm. I asked for a 15 min warning before their arrival, which they obliged. I was surprised to see three guys on the crew, but was told the third was in training and I wouldn't be charged for the extra help (I was not). All three of the guys - Jose, Garcia, and Josh - were so nice and so patient with me as I decided what was coming to the apartment and what had to stay in storage. In the middle of loading, I asked Jose if they could help me move the items I was leaving in storage into a smaller unit, and he readily agreed. No one on the team was smoking (a big deal for me and rare with movers in my experience, of which I have A LOT!!!), no one was being idle (yes, I've seen movers standing and sitting around during previous small moves), no one grumbled (yes, I've had movers complain about the moving before), and all three were extremely careful with my things (including my piano), and with the walls and floors of my new place. They were all so friendly and easy to talk to and work with. I could not be more pleased. They managed the entire move in excellent time, and I was able to pay with my credit card with no additional fees. I have moved far too many times to count, and overall I've had pretty good experiences, and still this was one of the best. If/when I move again, they will be the first people I call. Thank you to Bold Move and to Jose, Garcia, and Josh!!!

Two moves, and I'm going to be very generous with 2 stars…read more The first move took much, much longer than it should have with three guys, and they unfortunately didn't realize I grew up speaking Spanish (I'm mixed but white presenting) and said some highly unfavorable things for professionals. While the guy who did my paperwork seemed nice, it was way over the top like he was trying to ingratiate himself with me for a better tip. The questions he was asking me were personal and invasive and just left me feeling uncomfortable and wanting to get away from him. Unfortunately this is the reality of being a woman, often, is men mistake your kindness for familiarity when he should have just stuck to being a professional doing his job. This second, and LAST move I will ever hire Bridgetown for, I booked a move with three guys and the same size truck as my previous move. I specifically wanted a company who knew how much stuff I had (we ran out of room, the first time, and I had to leave several items behind). The issues started at booking, when my estimate arrived with my deposit, and the quote read $0...I checked in with Devon and she said my move was still booked, the quote was just a system error (but didn't fix the issue of an hourly rate for 3 guys...but ok...), the confirmation text I received a a few days before my move caused me minor panic because she listed the wrong date...OOPS her bad, but it's fine, all is well, ok... But, the day comes, and TWO men show up with a much smaller than expected truck. I ask about the 3rd guy? Oh well yea his work order says it's supposed to be 3, the paperwork he hands me says 3...I call Devon and yep oops "Dispatch" (aka one of the owners apparently?) "made a mistake and sent the wrong crew due to a paperwork mixup." Folks, when I tell you this would have been an absolutely nightmarish scenario that would have cost me my last shred of sanity due to all the BS I've been dealing with, it can't be underestimated how p'd off I was. Luckily for me, I have terrible anxiety and bc my last move took so many hours, I haven't been able to sit still and had taken *sixteen* carloads of moving bags over myself before the movers ever arrived. I wanted this move to go so much smoother than the last, and I had two afternoon appointments for various maintenace and install issues with my new house that day of the move. I booked three men and huge truck specifically to make the move fast and easy. If I had not absolutely destroyed my body (thank you, anxiety, for apparently seeing the future and that something would in fact massively go wrong) taking allllll that stuff myself over two weeks after I got my keys on the 1st, there is ZERO shot everything would have fit on the truck, not even half my stuff would have fit. And as a reminder, I specifically booked Bridgetown because they had an inventory from my previous move. I was in the end charged the minimum rate, to "apologize" for the "mixup," but having to explain to Devon and to the two man crew why this was all so frustrating and upsetting is insane to me. I booked 3 guys, giant truck, with BM specifically who had my inventory because I knew how much stuff I had to move. They caused me at least 10 more gray hairs that day. I will never, ever, be using your services again.
