The exam room is spacious with a dozen or so stations, like cubicles. Well separated for security and quality of testing. The chairs are not that comfortable. I took a long test and spent about 5 hours there. My back was dying, I had to forgo all of my elegance, and slouch and scoot as much as I wanted to shift my postures and be relatively relaxed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Be sure to communicate your needs well, and they are ready to help.

They have had one session so far with Dr. Steve, who is an amazing tutor (he has a PhD and teaches at local colleges). That one session is already bringing results! So some of what they do is to design new food products to make use of Oregon's bounty. There is a lot of chemistry of food. They combine that knowledge with taste, preparation/processing, and packaging expertise. A note saying they were doing taste research came across my socials, I applied, and they selected me. In this case, they wanted to keep the results objective, so we all signed a nondisclosure agreement. The staff was very conscientious in all their communication. The building has its own free parking. They are very organized. They have a system that ensures privacy, and does not allow reviewers to interfere with or influence each other. Their food preparation is very precise and repeatable, and for some tests, some very senior chefs from top Portland restaurants are involved in preparing the food. It is definitely world class.
