One story after the next of unforeseen emergencies that pull at your heart-strings and require imminent meeting delays. The poor receptionist that has to field the steady stream of angry calls from clients is a clear sign that something is very wrong here. It wasn't until my husband started working his job remotely by parking himself in the corridor to her office (sitting between the main door to the reception area and the OTHER door used to exit and enter Nancy's personal office), that we FINALLY got our hands on our child's very delayed, and very expensive set of reports.
