Outstanding service! The other day while using my computer…read moreit suddenly went off with a bang! I called around the local area to try and find somebody to fix computers. The guy who answered the phone seem to know what the problem was immediately. He suggested I bring it in for a quick diagnosis so that you could give me a rough cost of the repair. Later that day I took it into the store which is conveniently located on the high street with some parking a few yards up from the shop. I was served by a young chap quickly attached my computer to their screens. He concluded that the power supply had indeed blown. But wasn't sure if it had taken anything out with it. He asked if I can go and get a cup of coffee while he checked it out further. I gave my details and booked the computer in. I had to do a bit of shopping anyway so I went to the local superstore to kill some time. I wasn't there long before I had a text asking if I could call the shop. I made the call and was glad to hear that It was just the power supply that need replacing. They gave me a quote which I was very happy with and told me that the computer would be ready for collection in 15 Minutes. I finish my shopping and return to the computer shop to see my computer on the counter running with all my files still in the same place. So if you have a computer that needs repairing I can 100% recommend these guys. polite, fast, Knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Although I troubleshoot and repair my desktop computer myself as they are easier to work with than laptops, which have annoying chassis designs making them harder to take apart and repair, I have no doubt that the technicians at this shop would be able to repair a desktop computer. However, this is a small shop and I would not recommend it for anyone looking to purchase hardware/software from new. Use a large retailer for that and remember to do your research thoroughly to get the most hardware for your money.
