I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

He was respectful of my car, did a wonderful tow and basically made me feel like I was the most important client of the day. Sitting on a cement slab in their parking lot for 55 minutes since they closed and still no vehicle. Super lackadaisical about it too. I dropped it off before 8am worked all day begged rides for me and my family member getting the install.... Literally disgusted with the continuous lies about expectations and lack of customer service/respect for our time. Have to come back tomorrow. Begging rides... here we go again!
