I shared this place with my buddy since we're local, and he was pleased with his experience. He went in for a second session today, and I joined him. The appointment was a breeze and on time. Upon arrival, you'll need to fill out paperwork that includes past medical, any concerns/present issues you're experiencing and that's it. I received my first session today. WOW! WOW! WOW! Amazing. I had the full body adjustment with y-strap. The full body adjustment included huge cracks on my back, neck, ankles, fingers, lower back/hip. The y-strap essentially is a strap that goes around your head/neck and when relaxed the doctor tugs and huge relief/cracks are experienced. I'm thankful for Elevate Chiropractic -- a nice clean facility, professional staff, awesome doctor, and awesome experience! I'll definitely be back.

I recently we t in with debilitating pain in my groin, leg and back, with pain so severe that I was limping and couldn't even lift my leg to get into my car. Their medical acupuncture and chiropractic care targeted the issue perfectly and gave me massive relief. The doctors there are absolutely incredible as are the front desk staff. They genuinely listen, ask right questions, and tailor the best treatments. I have also received their cosmetic facial acupuncture, which gives beautiful, lasting results. Highly recommend them for routine adjustments, pain relief and aesthetic care!

Poor Front Desk Service- I think her name was Lacey…read more I booked online as a first-time consultation here as a self-pay client for general wellness and stress relief. After filling out the online intake form to the best of my ability for a non-insurance visit, I spoke with the office staff on the phone. The representative was extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Speaking over me and not listening to my responses. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the front desk customer service was so aggressive that I couldn't even make it in for my appointment. Management needs to check their front office staff. First impressions matter. Unfortunate because it would have been a great option for me, it being local. Do better. *** Update (4 Stars): Bumping my review to 4 stars to acknowledge management's swift response and professional communication after my initial experience. While the front desk's impatience was unacceptable regardless of any miscommunication, management handled the follow-up well. My nervous system was def left harmed. Will make the drive to Fullerton instead for therapy.

When I found spinal health center and walked in, I knew I was about to really get the help I needed!! The front desk ladies are always so considerate, capable, and kind. They walked me through everything that awaited me so once I saw the doctor, I felt up to speed. They have an in-house x-ray machine and a massage therapist if you need or desire any of those things! Everybody that works there feels like a tight knit family with individual fun personalities. Dr. Ferraro is funny, extremely competent, easygoing, & hard working. I am so glad to have found this clinic and I honor my weekly appointment as if I'm going to the spa, because I feel THAT relaxed when I leave! The best part, my sciatica pain is sooooo much better.

A few sessions in, the pain had eased up a lot, and they gave me stretches to keep up at home that actually made a difference. I've been back a few times since for tune-ups and new issues, and the quality is consistent every visit. They take the time to figure out what's actually going on instead of just treating the sore spot. My mobility is noticeably better than when I started. Highly recommend -- whether you're dealing with pain or just want to move better. Details worth swapping in if you have them: what you originally came in for, roughly how long you've been going, and a practitioner's name. Those make a review land much harder than generic praise.

I currently book my massages with JEREMIAH. My reasons for switching therapist aren't for lack of loving that person and their techniques, it's strictly for scheduling purposes or my ability to make appointment days or times. Although Jeremiah is semi new to his career as a massage therapist, he truly understands the importance of making a difference in his clients quality of life. I don't have a membership to Kneadz Work to go once a month, relax, and get my back tickled. I have a membership because I have real injuries, real pain, and a desire for relief. Jeremiah understands this, and is truly blessed with healing hands. He's patient, and tailors each session to the exact need of that moment. Already being so ahead in a customer service profession so early on, is just a testament to where he will be with more years under his belt. Kneadz work is extremely blessed to have him as a part of their staff.
