I'm actually upset at my boyfriend because he should of saw the signs. When he tried on the pants The Taylor did not put any marks or pins in where he wanted them fitted. The Taylor asked him if he liked the waist he told him yes don't touch the waist and still when he bought the pants her they fit like Leggins. The waist way to small. Idk how u just completely destroy a pair pant but they manage to do it. When we brought the pants back to return them they would not and said they would fix them but the pants couldn't be fixed the Taylor took off to much material. So now my man is stuck with black leggings. There's a much better place on the corner of Fordham n Marion

I always find something unique here Their customized hoodies all have pretty cool designs from Jay Z to Scarface to Dragon Ball Z They also have a large sneaker selection including stuff you cant find in your generic foot locker. This place has been taking all of my money! One issue is there's no real changing room in this place so you kind of have to know your size. I've heard their return policy is a little challenging as well although I've never had to return anything. I've purchased many hoodies and shirts and haven't had any issues. Great store!

Everyone reported having the absolute best time during their wedding fitting. While most of these fittings are dull and tedious, Mario made the experience easy, efficient and fun for all of us. His humor and charm are present in all that he does. I have had the pleasure of continuing to work with Mario for the last 11 years. Whether it's a tuxedo for a black tie affair, a linen suit for a vacation, a new blazer for family photos or just a wardrobe refresh, Mario is always there to assist. He has been able to meet very short deadlines and pull through some miracles (including me taking his tuxedo buttons when I lost mine). His style is timeless and always on point. I would never not use Mario, and I consider him a personal friend. In fact he's family

Honestly 5 stars doesn't feel like enough!…read more My fiancé came here after making two visits to Suit Supply with an associate who wasn't upfront about delivery times. By the time he realized it, we were up against the wall. Thank God he found Knot Standard (and Mario!). This time I went to the appt to make sure I was asking all the right questions, but as soon as I met Mario, my stress melted away. He clearly knows what he's doing, and made amazing suggestions. He was never pushy, and you can tell he really cares about the quality of what they're producing. I also attended the fittings and imagine my surprise when the custom suit AND tuxedo fit like a glove... the FIRST TIME. It was clear immediately how different a custom suit is from what you get off the rack. It was worth every penny (and honestly was still a great deal compared to other suits we were looking at at dept stores that didn't fit half as well). Mario really went above and beyond for us--making sure the suit and tux were fitted to perfection for our wedding with plenty of time to relax and find accessories. All in all, an amazing experience!

The quality was good and they fit my husband's face well with good coverage. As he is an essential worker this was critical. I did try to contact them and only received creepy little text back that said "Hi." (I called left info and they sent creepy text back) when I tried to follow up again, nothing. But I continued to receive their incessant advertising emails. Whatever... we needed them and as our supply of 50 got lower we decided to just reorder their varied color option of 100. What a mistake. Received them quickly, but they are a different product entirely and very very cheap -- different material and way smaller with very uncomfortable ear loops that cut my husband's ear after an hour. They are so small that most of my husbands face is left uncovered and exposed...save for his nose and mouth. They fit me okay but earl oops are very uncomfortable and whatever fabric these 'new' straight from "China" container are is not nearly as comfortable or pliable. They are very stiff. Bait and switch for desperate people ... avoid them if you can.

After having a less than satisfactory experience with other tailors, Frank was recommended to me with the promise of high quality products and excellent customer service. He more than exceeded our expectations. Frank came to my apartment in the city to measure and fit us, spending 3 hours with us going over every detail. I was impressed. Upon completion (which was exactly on the time he gave us), he came back to the city for a second fitting to ensure everything fit perfectly. He made the necessary adjustments and had our 4 perfect suits back to us a week later. I am in the customer service industry and can confidently say that service does not get better. Thank you so much Point Click Tailor. If you need custom bespoke clothing, look no further. You will not be disappointed.
