I'm actually upset at my boyfriend because he should of saw the signs. When he tried on the pants The Taylor did not put any marks or pins in where he wanted them fitted. The Taylor asked him if he liked the waist he told him yes don't touch the waist and still when he bought the pants her they fit like Leggins. The waist way to small. Idk how u just completely destroy a pair pant but they manage to do it. When we brought the pants back to return them they would not and said they would fix them but the pants couldn't be fixed the Taylor took off to much material. So now my man is stuck with black leggings. There's a much better place on the corner of Fordham n Marion

I returned to be ignored by the manager and told by an associate that even though I was informed of the wrong policy, I could not complete my return "because that's how they manage, and every store has policies". My favorite part? The fact that the associate told me she remembered when I was in and told I could return, for which she was "so sorry." I guess they lied to make the sale?
