Any grand illusions you had about maintaining a cute hairstyle or dry shoes will instantly evaporate into the blinding mist. The plastic protection only partially protects. The short and slowing moving boat slowly cruises past the American Falls, then onto the epic Horseshoe Falls and back in about 30 minutes...one of the best 30 minutes of my life. The America Falls is the foreplay, nice, gentler, and beautiful...but Horseshoe Falls is like a long lasting wet climax that shocks and electrifies your body soul. The sheer power of the water is undeniably humbling. By the time the boat turns around and brings you back to safety, you will emerge thoroughly soaked, wildly exhilarated, and oddly proud of surviving the world's wettest, slowest, and sexiest boat tour. $48 CAD / $35 USD isn't cheap, but worth every penny.

I booked a trip to take some business clients…read moreout on a fishing charter for some Salmon and Trout on Lake Ontario out of Port Credit, Mississauga. Our day started out like this. We showed up and Captain Ken greeted us by saying are you ready to catch some ( Fnnnnn Fish ). We kinda chuckled introduced ourselves and jumped aboard the boat. When we jumped aboard the first mate showed us around the boat but did not mention or show us where any safety gear ( Life Jackets ) was at all. After 20 minutes of sitting on the boat listening to Captain Ken verbally abuse his wife and co captain in front of us we finally left the dock. On the way out Captain (Ken) informed us its going to be really rough out on the lake and we might all get sick. He did mention to us with his fowl mouth that his Wife ( business owner ) has forced him to take us out. By this time I was furious, and it was real rough and we should have not went out on the lake that day. All my clients got sick and we did not catch a thing, it was 5 hours of misery listening to Captain Kens fowl fowl Mouth. I would not at all suggest Salmon Express to my worst enemy, by far worst charter boat ever. Fishing on Lake Ontario is great, just with other company's. Thanks for listening to my rant. Darren S

Even though the boat does not sail out onto a Lake Erie as far as one would expect, $28 for a cruise at sunset especially is definitely worth it. The views of the Buffalo skyline, the lit up silo and the Naval Park, are spectacular from the water. Next year, I'm considering buying a season pass. This way I can enjoy the sailing anytime I want. as much as I want during the sailing season. Cocktails are reasonably priced on board. You're allowed to bring your own food and snacks from home. The music to accompany the tour was a little loud at first, but then turn down which was appreciated. The captain and his crew were friendly and gave good advice on before the sail began. The ramp from the dock makes it easy for those with disabilities to board and exit the ship. There are two bathrooms below deck. But they do require some stairs to go down.
