Upon pulling up outside it doesn't look like much, but once we entered the first thing we noticed was the amazing décor. The customer service from all the staff working the desk and lobby café was also excellent! Checking in was smooth and perfect, she hit all the topics and was very happy, professional, and engaging. She told us lots about the property and gave us an excellent lunch recommendation too! Once we got into the room, it was perfectly decorated just like the common areas we saw upon entering. The tile inset on the bathroom floor and shower floor looked amazing! The bedding was great, flat, and comfy too. Ergonomics of the room were also designed for ease and comfort! They also have a Cadillac Escalade that they use to provide free rides to guests... Anywhere in the area within 5 miles, typically running until midnight! We were fortunate to grab a couple of rides with Marty, who was very engaging and helpful! He took us to a work reception nearby and told us to call him when we were ready to be picked up, which we did and he promptly came back to get us! Shower pressure and quickness of the hot water was perfect! TV also worked perfectly! We enjoyed our visit so much that we'd return to the area just to stay at this hotel again! Highly recommend staying here when in the area! I average staying in 1.5 Marriott properties weekly and based on the poor and inconsistent service at many of them, I wish the management here would train the others on how to keep a property beautifully clean (this place has been here 7 years and it looks brand new still!) and how to provide great service!

Excellent staff, we had Brittany pick us up at the airport and Marty at the front desk. Genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also had breakfast in the lobby restaurant and it was fantastic!! Would love to stay here again.

I love that this venue is so spacious, well lit, there's lot of natural lighting, high ceilings, it's well ventilated and it's carpeted. For this particular event "The Whiskey Riot" I also overheard people saying there were more venues last year and they'd like to see more come next year. There's a ton of room to put vendors around the facility and allow for everyone to walk around easily. For this event, there were two food trucks outside and inside, they had a variety of free chips and granola bars for people to choose from, as well as water. There was a large seating area off to the side just to hang out and enjoy your snack or meal from the truck. Coat check is available, they accept tips only. I had a really great time here with my sons, I tried 11 different vendors and even though there were long lines, everyone was in a great mood, enjoying themselves. We brought a Whiskey Riot tee shirt and yes, we'll be back next year!

There were approx. 30 vendors set up in the two huge rooms. It is always so much fun to go from one to the next to taste one of that restaurant's or brewery's offerings. 6 different flavors of sausages from Hanzlian's, 2 tasters from Pham's, 3 mac and cheeses from The Cheesy Chick, lots of cookies from Half-baked Cookies, and many more.

There is all sorts of interesting stuff in it, including a dog grooming place, a haircutting place, a really nice gym, a massage studio, a place for a quick breakfast or lunch, a nice high-end restaurant. There's also plenty of offstreet parking for the tenants. It isn't covered. There one and two bedroom apartments here. The way they reuse the reclaim space is really nice. I can't say enough about this space. Update 140 2021

There were roast…read morebeef, turkey and chickpea sliders, cheese, fruit and chocolate platters and several spreads which could be enjoyed on bagel toast pieces or pieces of baguette. The spreads included a chopped olive tapas, a apricot mostarda and a caramelized onion dish. These could be enjoyed on the toast points or along with the roasted garlic goat cheese. There was also a cash bar. The event was a way for several merchants to display their wares, among them Blue Table Chocolates, Tommyrotter Distillery, Rebel Ride and several artisans. The wait staff was great, replenishing the various platters and serving trays of tasty mini-potato pancakes and boneless chicken wing bites throughout the evening. They also picked up plates, cans and bottles, taking them back to the kitchen for disposal vs. there being many unsightly trash cans throughout the room. This also added to the event, making the room more attractive.

Certainly, many a bride's dream come true in the making. Wedding receptions, engagement or anniversary parties, graduation or other special events held here will be memorable. I will be eager to see how things take off for this lovely venue in the near future. This venue is part of the newly formed "BFLO District" at the Eastern Hills Mall. Who knew that Sears could look so chic?! Quite a make-over, indeed! Four stars for now. Let's see if this total flip is a flip in the right direction. I am amazed that the space was an old Sears. The space was beautifully designed, well thought out and is now a destination instead of turning into another abandoned building. In addition to the event center attached is the BFLO store, a hair salon, Chruscicki Bakery, Simply Pierogi and Sto Lat. The space itself is perfect for a wedding or your next big event. It is a large open and airy room with darker wood floors, light walls and furniture and gorgeous crystal chandelier and snowflake accent lighting. The interior design is very modern and elegant with touches of Buffalo subtly added in. Great lighting, tons of parking and a huge bar. To the back of the room are doors which take you to a hallway that connects to the other businesses in the complex. The hallway is large enough to accommodate mingling of overflow guests from the event center.
