The service has consistently been highly disappointing The best way to describe it is like buying a first class ticket, but receiving economy class service. I scheduled a simple fluid and tire pressure check. Made an appointment, arrived on time. No one greeted me, had to get out of my car to go find a service person. Apparently my service person wasn't there. Ok cool, stuff happens. 25 minutes later, my car is still sitting in the same spot. My service person arrived, but decided to have a conversation with another person first, who arrived after me and had no appointment. Okay. But when he finished his conversation, he passed my car and went back inside to do something. Finally comes out, apologizes for the wait, takes my car back. 15 minutes later the check is complete. So now i've been here an hour for a 15 minute service. He offers a car wash, said it would take 40 minutes. Okay, I'll wait. 1hr later, still no car, no service guy to update me...nada. I looked and saw my car sitting, while theses guys are once again chatting it up with some guys in there office. No respect for my time and minimum communication. He didn't make an effort to let me know my car was ready. I had to go to him and get my keys and walk to a parking spot. They couldn't bother to pull it into the service bay. I guess he didn't want his colleagues to wait. Maybe i need to lower my expectations and stop expecting the service to mirror the quality and high standards of the car manufacturer, because after 5 years, service hasn't improved.
On a brighter note, a lovely lady greeted me in the showroom and asked if i had been helped. I mention this because this is the first time in five years when I have been in the showroom, that someone actually acknowledged my presence and asked if i needed any assistance. I also had a very helpful guy in service proactively provide me with some good information. So I know there are some people that actually seem to value good customer service experience. read more
