I knew she wasn't because she was completely wrong about one of my medications being controlled (it's not). She didn't want to fill one prescription because it was "bundled" with another because it's the same doctor. It wasn't. When I called back to get her license number she hung up repeatedly. I later spoke with the actual pharmacist who insinuated I was lying about her claims and said he didn't have time for it. The manager then not only refused to fill any of my prescriptions but also contacted my doctor about it without my permission. I hate leaving negative feedback for a local business, but impersonating a licensed medical provider is a crime, and the customer service literally couldn't be any worse.

She was so rude, unprofessional and honestly sounded angry and irritated to be talking to anyone in general. If upper management reads this please consider retraining your staff on customer service. Just because this is the only pharmacy up here doesn't disqualify you from treating people respectfully. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
