He called me 30 minutes before they arrived to say they were on the way. They were polite and hard working men. They did the job rapidly and safely. All of the things that Weinhardt provided were high quality and in excellent condition. I especially appreciated that they did not agree to do the job until they had an inspector come to my house to make sure what I requested would fit in my yard. The price they asked for this rental was very reasonable. I recommend this company for an outdoor event.

And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

Premier Rental was very fair in their pricing and delivery requirements. We rented three cocktail tables and 75 chairs and they were high quality products. They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.

Started the process of choosing a party rental company for our daughter's October outdoor wedding…read morereception back in July. It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!
