I went here for a beard trim a few weeks ago on a Sunday. I didn't have an appointment, but there…read morewas no wait. I was assigned to Jesus's chair and he proceeded to do a great job. I'm not very good at communicating what I'm looking for, but he both understood and did some additional things that were a big improvement. He asked if I wanted my beard lined up in a way that was easier for me to manage between trims and used a paper template to ensure he got both sides evenly. He wasn't super talkative, and I'm not either, so that was a good match! Or maybe he's chatty with clients who are chatty and just follows their lead, but either way, it was comfortable for me. The lighting is bright enough that I kept my eyes closed for a portion of the experience, and the music was a little loud for me, but it was a solid playlist. The chair was comfortable and things were impressively clean. I was there kind of early on that Sunday and so I didn't see a ton of other customers, but the few I saw seemed happy with their experience. It is good to find a shop that does a good job with beards that isn't also trying to be a whisky bar, a gentlemen's lounge, a sports bar, or a spa. Should have taken a few before and after photos to share--maybe next time!
