I am very disappointed in the company. Not a reputable business at all. While having my daughter's vehicle in their possession it was hit and they claimed no responsibility at all! My daughter is now forced to make a claim and pay a deductible. They would not even give a statement to the insurance company! Shady to say the least! read more

I was set to have a tow. The driver did not show up. When I called him he said he had other things to do and could not take the time to tow us. He then cussed at me again told me he did not have time and hung up. I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company whom set up the tow. I'm blown away by how poorly this company has treated me. I do not recommend to anyone. UPDATE.... I heard back from my car insurance company today who said my complaint was being escalated. They added that the appropriate actions will be taken when it comes to the mistreatment I received from this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is horrible and the customer service is ridiculous. Due to a stupid decision on the tow truck driver's part, and some fault of another driver, they damaged my vehicle. When the police asked for their information, the lady representative at the scene refused a few times to give any information to the police there. I called the lady, Michelle, and she refused to give me any information, refused to have her driver give a statement.. basically acting like they had absolutely no part in this. All I needed was a statement from their driver and they couldn't even have the common decency to give me that. They refused to have any part in an accident they were partially at fault for. Because the driver refuses to give a statement, all the insurance company has is the other driver's statement so I seriously had to make a claim and pay the deductible. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I will never EVER use this crap company again. read more

What an awesome towing company! Picked up my car from Rehoboth and towed it to Fruitland with no problems. Victor was very fast and even text me a picture of my car telling me he made it safe to its drop off location. Very kind gentlemen! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Whenever you need a tow, it's probably a bad day. I had a wonderful driver who was helpful, more so than the insurance company was. We went to multiple places due to no one having my tire and he stuck it out with me. I never want to need a tow again but if I do I hope it's them. read more

Horrible place that lacks customer service skills. I was helping a friend out by using my roadside assistance that's through AT&T. They had a great prices. They also made me pay before they would provide service, so I paid. I was told it would take 2 hours to pick up the car. I agreed because we were not in hurry and we decided to grab something to eat while we wait. 3 hours pass so I call back and they say it will take 30 more minutes because traffic. I patiently wait 45 more minutes before calling back. So by that time almost 4 hours pass. I call back and a gentleman answers the phone and says he doesn't know anything about me calling in. Could you imagine the frustration at this point? I calmly explain the whole situation to him. He tells me he will call me right back, which he does, but said it would take 1.5 hours to get the car. I was trying to ask how this could happen, but the person I spoke with was very rude and said he was just going to cancel my order if I wasn't happy. Really? I have all reason not to be. then he hung up on me, so I tried calling back but no answer. I quickly called my credit card company to cancel the purchase. Word of advice never use this place for towing. I would never trust them with my car. read more
