We've been going to Bella'gios for 2 years now since moving back to CT and I have had the chicken parm dinner twice before via take out and a few times at the restaurant. This was NOT chicken. Not in the ACTUAL sense that it came from an ACTUAL farm, from an ACTUAL living chicken. This was processed, lab engineered McDonalds processed-nugget 'quality'. From the first bite I could tell this wasn't what I had at least 5 times prior. I ONLY eat poultry and fish/seafood. I have a severe texture issue with meats and haven't consumed mammal meat since 1986! The slightest variation will stand out within the first bites. Needless to say I won't be ordering take out from Bella'gios in the future and we're not sure we will be visiting the restaurant in the near future as well as this has turned us off from the menu now. Posted are some photos of the 1/8 to 3/16 artificial cutlet. The cutlets use to be moist and succulent and the chicken practically melted in your mouth.
