Once in a rush I visited a competitor's vapor store instead of Vapor Depot in hopes of getting a question answered about a new box mod and the workers there rolled their eyes at me. Vapor Depot and their staff have never thought any of my questions are too stupid to answer and have ALWAYS met my expectations of wonderful customer service.
