They were professional and did the best they could. Walgreens in my opinion is highly overrated. They need to pay the staff they have more and higher more staff. The public also needs to spread out their business as to not overwhelm just one location. There are MANY pharmacies to choose from in Bloomington/Normal that take ALL insurances.

I was impressed. All of the time I have gone to The Choice nobody told me about needing to replace coils, not even when I bought my very box vape from them. This place, on the other hand, I told them about the problem I had been having with my vape oil tasting harsh & horrible & he knew right away that I needed a new coil. I was having the same problem with my OLD box vape & instead of telling me that I needed a new coil they just said maybe my oil was too high of a dose at 6 mg. I ended up buying two Vapes from The Choice & I wish I could get my money back. They would prime the coil & put too much oil, so when I would use it, it would end up popping hot oil into my mouth, burning me several times. This is because the employees don't bother to take the time to be careful while doing the priming, and put too much. I never would have known this had I not gone to Twin City Vapes. I think I will be giving my money to these guys from now on and I suggest you do too. They have good products & lots of great flavors. Plus they have polite employees who take the time to help you out rather than make you feel like a bother like some places do.

It can take up to a week…read morebefore they fill your prescription even when it's one that you're not supposed to miss a dose. I can't understand why it takes them so long, as I worked in a pharmacy that was just as busy and most times we were even able to fill the prescriptions in less than 15 minutes with even fewer employees, it almost seems as they are intentionally being rude and lazy to anger people enough that they take their business elsewhere. Now they are no longer open on Saturdays and Sundays. The Walgreens pharmacy on S. Main puts this one to shame as they seem to appreciate keeping themselves in business. I believe the pharmacist and techs at this location neglected to learn the skill of providing good customer service, because I have yet to encounter one that can demonstrate it.
