My husband and I both chose the American Breakfast, which included the open buffet along with an egg dish. I probably would've been able to fill up on just the open buffet, but the poached egg with bacon & tomatoes that I ordered was delicious. As for the buffet, I tried to sample as much as I could of the quiche, lox, fruits, cured meats & cheeses, and breads & pastries. I wish we had more time to sit for breakfast and enjoy the entire spread of food--unfortunately, we had a tour we had to get to and we were short on time. Although the breakfast isn't cheap, it's worth the price and enough to keep you full until dinner time. On top of the fantastic food and service, we were able to receive a discount as Hyatt members!

I ordered the chicken and rice bowl that was super satisfying and healthy with a very memorable beet purée that was just divine. My one critique was that it was a little under-seasoned, so be sure to add some soy sauce or salt to perk things up. This also taste really good with the bread! The buns are freshly baked each morning and delivered from the bakery of Eric Kayser. The menu changes daily. That explains all the preparation they do in the morning thus not being able to take orders. Both soups were made to taste perfect with the toasty bun.
