We discussed and agreed to the project schedule and expectations. What transpired was a serious lack of transparency and management. We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. We hired Wall to Wall Tiling to update our bathroom, including our floor which was in good shape…read morebut needed refreshing. Cory (Wall to Wall owner) recommended The Tile Shop for the tile and even the salesperson to work with, someone he knew well who would take good care of us. Within months of installation, we had a long crack that crossed the entire floor from the vanity to the wall. Cory said he would replace the cracked tiles at his expense. He personally put in the new tiles, but several of the bordering tiles were damaged in the process and the new tiles were so sloppily installed (corners didn't line up, new tiles not level with the old ones, missing grout), that Cory agreed to redo the repair again. He delayed and postponed for months, meanwhile the new tiles have cracked IN THE EXACT PLACE as the previous tiles. Now Cory refuses to do the work unless paid an additional $1000, saying we are responsible because we bought "cheap" tile, even though we followed his recommendation. The Tile Shop manager inspected the floor and confirmed the tile is not the problem and is one of the top grades of marble available. Since we no longer trust Wall to Wall to do the work properly after two failed attempts and their attempt to force us to pay more, we asked for a partial refund so we can find someone who can, which Cory also refused.

We hired Corey to do some tile work around our jetted tub and add trim to our kitchen backsplash…read more In the kitchen he left grout on the walls, the trim isn't straight and its thicker than the backsplash which makes the trim stick out. On the tile for the jetted tub, he didn't remove the faucets to tile under, he just put a huge square of grout around the handles which is now cracking. He replaced the access door to the plumbing upside down and tiled it in place, making it useless. He was to prop the tub up and tile under the edge of the tub, instead he put a like of chaulking between the tub and the tile, which has cracked. He should have used silicone instead of chaulking. I would not recommend using this company for anything!!

I was told they could help with both and would schedule a consultation. The consultant -- very pleasant -- arrived early to do measurements. He said he did not work with tile but that he'd get the necessary information. He also said he'd send an estimate by that evening or the next morning. Two days later I called and was told the estimate would arrive that evening. The estimate for the hardwood floor came but nothing on the tile. I was told that estimate would be emailed that evening. It wasn't When I called, I was told that the tile person said we had a "grout problem" and the floor would have to be replaced. Nothing about the marble. The estimator then said he'd have their chief tile installer come out. He told me wife they don't clean tile and that the shower floor needs to be replaced and that it looks like we have a leak but he couldn't find one. It appears their goal was to get us to replace our main floor and shower floor in the master bath. We are not going to do business with them.

I appreciate how well they treated our home during demo, and the fact that Shawn called or texted daily to see what questions or concerns we had. Our LVP, trim, and carpet look incredible and changed the entire aesthetic of our home. I can't recommend Infinite enough!

Now onto the the actual work. I contacted them months ago for some estimates and Jim/Virgil was great to work with. He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. Thank you, I for sure recommend them for contracting work, just double check the bills before paying. =)

These builders came as a recommendation from one of our neighbors and I'm so pleased we chose them…read more We did a number of home upgrades throughout our entire house which required much coordination in minimizing our disruption while leveraging service visits across several tasks. In addition, we needed work to be done so I could host Thanksgiving so there definitely was a drop dead date. This group shined. When you do a major remodel and choose to live in the house through it, many challenges arise. Our first day was demo-day. The path of plastic they built to minimize the dust was an architectural marvel. I felt like I was walking through a quarantine tunnel. Given they are in your house for several weeks, it was an incredibly professional crew. Friendly conversation, validating decisions, asking when new questions arise, working hard, and beautiful artistry of their skills were experienced each day. Changes in design were met with a can-do attitude (we decided to raise our shower head late in the game). When new options arose (new shelf in shower inset) they asked if we'd be interested. Scheduling was always coordinated with our need and one result was that we minimized our time out of the house when all of our hardwood floors were redone. This builder has exceptional relationships with cabinet makers, tile shops, and carpet and appliance stores which makes choosing options much easier. Because of those relationships we had top notch service in each store and all the help we needed in making the right choices. I can't say enough about the positive experience and the process of this complex remodeling. Dan, Dave, Jesus, David, and Carlos, stop over anytime. I'm happy to make another pan of lasagna for lunch and catch up.
