First, let me say, of any video game store that I have been in in the past couple of years, this staff truly seems to care about customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated very nicely. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was looking for a video game for my husband as a gift, but didnt have a specific one in mind. They assisted me in finding something that he would truly love and I ended up coming home with a game that I had never heard of. It ended up being one of the games that he had been wanting for years. I went back months later, this time with my husband in tow. We were greeted and treated very kindly this time as well. All questions were answered and the staff and my husband engaged in a lively conversation. Upon arriving home, all cartridges were in working condition and clean. 10/10 this place is on my bookmarks and we will keep coming back when we're in town!

They're closed during my lunch hour and they close at 7 on Friday nights, which isn't great if you're looking to play Friday night Magic. 2. They don't actually sell certain items in store. You have to go to their website to order them, which kind of defeats the purpose of being an LGS, no? 3. They carry 40K, which was great, but couldn't answer any of my questions about it. Oh, and the paint I bought was not the right viscosity for brush painting (it said air on it, so I should've known). So why 3 stars instead of 1? The manager (Sarah, I think?) was very courteous and helpful. So, overall, great effort but not quite there, especially if you're looking for MtG singles or to play competitively.
