Do not go to this location. Worst customer service ever. They absolutely do not care. I've tried this place three times. All three times I felt like I was getting yelled at. Here's an example. I went through the drive through and after about 2 mins, I asked if anyone was there. A woman came on and said "yeah". I said okay can I order? She says "yep". I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal. She said " regular or spicy". I said spicy please. She then said "we ain't got no spicy". Confused I asked does that mean y'all need to cook it and I can wait or you're totally out of spicy chicken period. She literally repeated "we ain't got no spicy". I said forget it, I'm going to go to Zaxbys. The lady said "bye". I went next door to zaxbys. It was busy. The guy on the drive through immediately acknowledged me and said " welcome to Braselton Zaxbys, my name is Brandon, how can I help you". Such a difference. Update review. So they have been open for a little over 3 months now and I've had several visits and a mix of the menu items. Overall my food and service has been consistent. The chicken is always hot and fresh, The one thing about there chicken, the pieces seem to run smaller than a lot of there competitors so if you normally order a 2 piece meal you may consider ordering a 3 piece meal to give you the same amount of food. The chicken sandwich is always good. I did try the butterfly shrimp meal and it was tasty but for the money it is not much food at all, the shrimp are very small and there are only about 8 of them. It's really a snack and not a meal and not really worth the $$ you pay. So you win some and you lose some and the Shrimp are one of those I put in the lose column and move on. read more

What in the entire F***!! The hours indicate open until 11pm. We pull up to drivethru at 9:30... no answer... we do a lap around and two girls are in there just chatting away (which is fine it was slow) but they saw us so we pull back around. Again we wait at the order speaker and NOTHING. Finally after a few minutes they answer I ask for a chicken sandwich..... they IMMEDIATELY say "We don't have any more chicken" How do you keep the store open til 11 if you run out of food!?!? I was told they had to fried my chicken, but when I got them they were warm not hot. I also order 2 orders of wings but only received 1, I ask the cashier if this was everything because I didn't want to drive back and she said yes. Tea was awful. Spicy Chicken was truly spicy! Biscuits and chicken were great but we purchased a gallon of tea in a BAG that leaked and it was truly terrible tea. The service was also poor. We did take out and did not go inside, so "ambiance" ...no opinion on that. read more

Not very happy with these people I brought a whole busload of people they said they would hook me up as a bus driver when I got there they want $11 and 50 Cent for three pieces of chicken and they claim to be giving me a discount they said because the menu prices actually are much lower than the price is really are so I'm not happy at all with this management at this place the dean manager to just give me three pieces of chicken as a bus driver and I'd be a happy camper and I would've left you a five star review. read more

Just had the worst experience at the Braselton location. I went through the drive through and ordered an 8pc meal with 2 apple pies. The person taking my order said it would be 7min for the pies, did I want to wait. I said yes, pulled forward to the window and paid my $25.01. They asked me to pull up and again stated it would be a 7 min wait. My receipt said 8:31pm. At 8:55 is was still waiting so I went inside and asked if I could get either get my food or a refund because I had been waiting for so long. From there the manager said she didn't care that I had to wait because I had agreed to wait! Then said she wouldn't refund my money and walked out the back of the kitchen. When she came back in she was yelling at me and said she was going to call the law on me for harassment. When i got my phone out to record what was going on, she hid behind a wall and kept saying I was harassing her. I asked the people behind the counter for the managers name and was told they didn't know it. They also said there wasn't a Corp number to call because it's a franchise. I finally got my food and when I got home it was only a 7 pc- go figure. The customer in front of me complained about her wait and got her meal for free. The worst Popeyes i've ever been to and i'm so disappointed because this is so close to my house. We ordered a large drink and they gave us a small so I asked the girl if that's what I ordered and she apologized and gave me the large. Then some lady who I think was the manager asked us "why did you need the large drink" and yelled at us trying to say that's not what we got and on top of that, I ordered 2 regular mashed potato and 1 large and the lady told us she combined them into 2 larges. I would give 0 stars if possible. Checked the app for hours, indicated they were open until 10 pm. I arrived in the drive-thru behind 2 other cars that placed orders. When I pulled up to the speaker I was not acknowledged for a couple of minutes. When the lady finally came on she very rudely said "We're don't have any food and we're closed!" I asked if their hours were until 10 pm to which she responded "We don't have any food!" Then a man came on and said "Sorry ma'am". What if all I wanted was a soda or an apple pie? I have been eating here since this store opened and their service has always been extremely slow, but friendly. I understand that there is a shortage in employees and I don't mind being patient and I am always respectful, but I expect the same in return.
