She's very rude and snappy to customers, accuses people of stealing and should not be in that role for any company. They are supposedly closing this location but Angie decides when she opens and closes the store claiming corporate calls her directly. One day they were only open for ONE HOUR and the past week they have only been open 2 days no more than 4 hours. Ridiculous and corporate needs to know she's costing them business

It was a gift…read more I returned it withing 2 HOURS of it leaving the store and the sales person would not take it back even with a receipt in hand. This is completely against Hallmark's refund policy. It states that you can return an item for any reason within 90 days with a receipt. She refused to take the item back or even exchange it. I showed her the receipt. I paid cash for this item. What is going on in that store?
