It was a gift…read more I returned it withing 2 HOURS of it leaving the store and the sales person would not take it back even with a receipt in hand. This is completely against Hallmark's refund policy. It states that you can return an item for any reason within 90 days with a receipt. She refused to take the item back or even exchange it. I showed her the receipt. I paid cash for this item. What is going on in that store?

Salsbery is the garden center I turn to to find unusual plants, or at least plants that you don't normally see in other garden centers. The displays are done so beautifully that it is a pleasure just to walk through the LARGE main outdoor greenhouse to take it all in even if you don't plan to purchase that day. Some of their items, such as fountains, sculptures etc, are WAY out of my price range but the annuals and perennials are not much higher than other garden centers. Just remember, this is not Lowe's or Menards.

The merchandise is mostly trendy farmhouse style, displayed with a mix of lovely antiques. Horton's is popular in the town of Tipton, having served the community since 1976 and makes a great girl's weekend shopping visit. The store is large, separated by vignettes of various themes. There is a small area of children's books and gifts, a larger area of women's clothing, a candy counter with an amazing selection of fudge and chocolates, house plant supplies and seasonal home decor. I was fascinated by the Victorian-era antiques, but most are not for sale, just display. Prices are on the high side, but inline with an upscale boutique. The staff is helpful, but not intrusive letting customers wander. There is parking in front and behind the store.
