Caution! You can expect this business to be extremely rude and not transparent about their prices…read more Make sure you get a confirmed price (including delivery, fees, taxes, etc,) When we found we had a double order within just a short period of time, the florist refused to cancel the order, belittled another business in town, claiming they were fraudulent in their practices. It was suggested we change the order, but No mention was made of increased costs yet the bill increased (we asked for something near $300 and ended up with close to $400). When someone dies, things are hard enough without this business making things harder. My family didn't appreciate the experience.

So I paid on Dec 12th for my wife's Christmas present. It was your mistake sending the wrong item…read more You asked if I could send the item I received to the correct person but you never gave me an address or label. You said the other person would send my item. After a couple of days of no response I started a return hoping I would at least get an update. The response was go ahead and return it and you will send my item. No further communication but I see ebay is issuing a refund which I don't want. You received my return of the garnet you sent by mistake but I have no idea where my gold earrings are. I am pretty sure I won't have these for Christmas. You should be ashamed of your lack of response. You said you were really busy well good for you.
