We went to Sophia's at first whose dresses were not only gorgeous but the customer service is impeccable. But we're shopping around, so we hopped over to our next stop which was Rae Lynn's. It's also supposedly where Ms. Indianapolis USA picked up her dress, so... Their dresses, while it looks nice from far away, are of VERY POOR quality. At one point, I had to ask one of the lax employees if their stuff is "pre-owned". She looked at me in disgust, as if, offended. Hey, I am not a local and I didn't ask if it was a SECOND HAND dress. So here's my opinion: NO WAY the 3 dresses my daughter tried on are brand new dresses. I wouldn't want to ruin what looks like a 'mom and pop' business but when you're charging customers, especially "children's" dresses, $300 to $700 and passing them off as "brand new", then you're a CHEAT. The manager stated "we don't take the dress out after it was bought" (methinks so!). Given that it was close to prom and the dress needed to be altered, we had to get the dress. Because of the NEW flaw, we asked for some sort of compensation (discount). They refused basically stating it wasn't their fault. Of all the times I have gone to this store both times during the original owners and the gentleman who acquired it, I have gotten nothing but great service, courteous to a fault, and the merch is priced really well for the high-quality items that are sold. I not only have been able to clothe my daughter when she was a teenager but my son and even my grandchild. Some of the best pairs of pants my son had come from Boutique 125. There are lots of great deals to be had at Boutique 125 and it is a shame that Dusten B. and Michal O. had such bad experiences. I have never had a bad issue. Once a pair of jeans that didn't fit right on my daughter, and I took them back and the man allowed us to exchange them for something that fit better. He even gave us a small discount on a shirt she wanted. This is definitely a local business that deserves patronage.

By the time she was done, I had only found 1 top that I even wanted to try on, and I ended up leaving without it...because, the girl running the counter said they weren't interested in ANY of the items I brought. I won't go back, ever. #1 they don't have any cute normal sized women clothing #2 they aren't interested in carrying those sizes #3 they aren't even friendly enough to tell you what they are looking for or why they are turning your items down. So I just won't bring anything else in or shop there at all.
