He claimed that I'd get good results at reasonable rates there. Well, I am certainly glad I took his advice! I called them and was told I could drop my boat off that same day. (I was used to being told it would be a number of days/weeks just to drop it off, then who knows how long before they could eventually get it into their shop.) I dropped my boat off late that afternoon on my way home to St. Louis. While filling out my work order, the cashier, Marie, even suggested that I could walk into their shop and speak to the mechanics, Mike and Kevin, about the sputtering problem I was having with my outboard. (I felt that was a nice touch.) They ended up calling me around noon on the second day to tell me my boat was fixed and ready for pick up. My total bill was a whopping $152.00!!! I definitely will have my boat serviced from now on at West Perry Boat & Motor!

Mr. Fregeau provided sound legal advice, and I was impressed enough to hire him on spot to replace the attorney that my job offered, who was handling my case before. Nick proceeded to resolve my issue by filing additional paperwork on my behalf to USCIS, and the whole process was smooth. Unlike many big-firm lawyers who usually hide behind a wall of not necessarily helpful assistants and look down at small-time clients such as myself, Nick paid attention to my delicate situation personally and tailored a measured response that got the job done, yet no bridges burned. Everyone was able to save face at the end. After that incident, Nick has become my go to counselor for legal advice. He may not be seasoned enough to have white hair growing out of place, but at least in my opinion his integrity and dedication to clients far out weight his relative lack of white hair. If you need a capable lawyer that you can actually trust, especially if you have an immigration related case at hand, I recommend you give Nick a try.

We found out more about my husband's child support modification case on the Missouri Case.net web-site than we ever received from Mr. Terrell. Phone messages and emails (which he stated was the best way to reach him) all went unanswered. No notice was ever given if he was going to send another attorney is his place for a court hearing and everything he did was last minute. If he needed information, he would contact us the day before it was needed and then it was a last minute scramble to get the information to him prior to the court submission deadline. My husband was referred to Mr. Terrell by a close friend and we were so disappointed on how he handled our case. When the new child support amount was settled out of court my husband's ex-wife did not submit the paperwork. My husband had no idea what to do, should he make the appropriate changes through the Child Support Payment Center with the new support amount or wait for the court documents to go through. He tried to contact Mr. Terrell several times and his calls were never returned. My husband had to call the County Court Clerk and the Child Support Payment Center in order to figure out what he should do. It is a complicated story (1/2 the child support was going to the ex-wife and 1/2 the support was going directly to my 20 year step-daughter) but when the ex-wife finally submitted the paperwork she had cheated my step daughter out of $700. Had Mr. Terrell advised my husband on what to do, maybe this could have been prevented as the ex-wife will not pay my step-daughter the $700 in overpayments she received. Going to court and dealing with a crazy self-absorbed greedy ex-wife is difficult enough...you don't need an attorney that adds to the craziness and frustration.
