I mean she went ON and ON as to why the "misunderstanding" occurred with NO apology until I said, "I can't give my business to you." This appointment was made on Wednesday. She called me yesterday to ask if they could drop it off at 6:30am because it convened them better. I said no, I have a preschool graduation to attend. I scheduled it for after 12 when ordered. "Ok we can do that." I rushed Beans, my daughter, home from Thyme Square to be here by then- rushed celebration lunch for a good cause - *The CleanUP before the Move* . Called at 12:15 to confirm which location they would be at. (I rented two, one for each house). I was told I would get a call back "after lunch" - how leisurely lunch must of been... Every time I needed ServPro, they stepped up above and beyond. Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess. I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory. A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up. I called Servpro and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done. Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again. Our wash cost $5.75 with hot water. It took about 40 minutes and did a good job. We used their largest dryer and put in 6 quarters for 42 minutes for our large summer load of clothes. We used medium heat. Using dryer balls. It was 93 degrees on the car temp when we returned to leave. With no AC it did have ceiling fans and the doors were open. It wasn't bad at all. It looks a bit rough, but our laundry got done at a reasonable price. Numerous machines were clearly marked out of order. It wasn't busy , but folks came and went. Definitely worth a stop while traveling.
