Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess. I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory. A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up. I called Servpro and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done. Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again.
