I hired Pete Morgan and his company to extend and resurface my driveway in July, 2019. They finally…read morecame out to do the two day job in August. I put a nice sum of cash down first, no problem because I expected it. The second day he wanted the rest of the payment because he said they were almost done which I could see. I had to leave so I decided to pay there rest of the payment and left. Me being excited, I left a good review for him. I came home some time later, to discover the job wasn't finished and part of the driveway sinking and they were gone. There was black tar in the middle of the street leading to my driveway, and trash from his workers still in my yard. I contacted him several times a week since August 2019, and he assured he was coming to finish and take care of the sinking part, after he finished a job out of town. He also bragged that there was a 2 year warranty for any damage to the driveway. To top it off, he called me to to say it's time for him to seal it, and wanted to charge me even more money, it hadn't been a month. Reviews I've read advised to wait for the asphalt to cure the minimum 6 months, but not him! Then wanted to charge even more to cut several trees in my and the neighbors yards, the nerve of that! That let me know his intentions. In October I continued calling him, however now he will not return my calls at all. They are based out of Hannibal, MO, so it's far from St. Louis, MO. Well, as of this review, he has still not finished the contracted job, nor returned calls. If you decide to use this company, which I don't advise, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!!!!

Every time I needed ServPro, they stepped up above and beyond. Sometimes they got called away on someone who's business or home was in the process of flooding and it was an emergency, our fire was a done deal, we were cleaning up the mess. I got a letter from the City of Monroe today with a building code violation as I am still in the process of doing the inventory. A formal complaint was made against me and I had to get some windows and doors boarded up. I called Servpro and they were there in a couple of hours and did what needed to be done. Since I had used them right after the fire, they still had authorizations from the insurance company and were able to just come and help me out again. Thank you Les, and Dave was who I worked with today.

Out of five quotes from other companies, Right Rate Roofing came in the most competitive by far. Ryan explained the ways he is able to pass such cost savings along and not gouge his clients. Right Rate Roofing checked out with no complaints with the Better Business Bureau. My wife and I were confident in hiring Right Rate Roofing for our roof needs. We were given a date for replacing our roofing and they rescheduled for a closer date. When they were in the process of replacing our roofing, Ryan sent repeated pictures along with explanations to go along with them. I really felt a part of the experience. Completion took a week? Nope it almost took a day. Just a little touch up that took a small portion of the following morning. That's amazing compared to other companies. What about the warranty, you ask? They stand by the work they do with a copy of it within a very quick turnaround! I would recommend Right Rate Roofing for anyone's roofing needs. I would use them in the future but I've got a great warranty and chances are I'll never need it in my lifetime. Thanks Ryan and thank your hard working crew!

Technician responded in a timely manner, first wanted to check the filter. Found it to be very clean. Went to the exterior and found the back side of the unit to be very dirty. He was convinced this is why it wasn't working properly. He used my water hose and washed it for 3 minutes. He checked temperatures from the unit again and said it was blowing 10 degrees cooler. If that fixed the problem then great. I then received a bill for $250. I requested to speak with a manager immediately following to discuss the bill. I was told I would receive a call back within a few days. That call didn't come. Also after using the unit it did not cool any better. I contacted the company again to inquire about service and hearing from a manager and was told it was the end of the day. It would be tomorrow. That was 4 days ago. Still haven't heard from the company, however, they've cashed my check for $250.
