I hired Pete Morgan and his company to extend and resurface my driveway in July, 2019. They finally…read morecame out to do the two day job in August. I put a nice sum of cash down first, no problem because I expected it. The second day he wanted the rest of the payment because he said they were almost done which I could see. I had to leave so I decided to pay there rest of the payment and left. Me being excited, I left a good review for him. I came home some time later, to discover the job wasn't finished and part of the driveway sinking and they were gone. There was black tar in the middle of the street leading to my driveway, and trash from his workers still in my yard. I contacted him several times a week since August 2019, and he assured he was coming to finish and take care of the sinking part, after he finished a job out of town. He also bragged that there was a 2 year warranty for any damage to the driveway. To top it off, he called me to to say it's time for him to seal it, and wanted to charge me even more money, it hadn't been a month. Reviews I've read advised to wait for the asphalt to cure the minimum 6 months, but not him! Then wanted to charge even more to cut several trees in my and the neighbors yards, the nerve of that! That let me know his intentions. In October I continued calling him, however now he will not return my calls at all. They are based out of Hannibal, MO, so it's far from St. Louis, MO. Well, as of this review, he has still not finished the contracted job, nor returned calls. If you decide to use this company, which I don't advise, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!!!!
