When I called inquiring why…read moreit was two hours late, the customer service person handed the phone over to the supervisor and she copped an attitude harder than a 22 year old's eye roll, asking for their ID. I mean she went ON and ON as to why the "misunderstanding" occurred with NO apology until I said, "I can't give my business to you." This appointment was made on Wednesday. She called me yesterday to ask if they could drop it off at 6:30am because it convened them better. I said no, I have a preschool graduation to attend. I scheduled it for after 12 when ordered. "Ok we can do that." I rushed Beans, my daughter, home from Thyme Square to be here by then- rushed celebration lunch for a good cause - *The CleanUP before the Move* . Called at 12:15 to confirm which location they would be at. (I rented two, one for each house). I was told I would get a call back "after lunch" - how leisurely lunch must of been... Called again at 2pm to cancel services. Merkle Container Service: You will be Yelped. Time is precious. Mandy needs to work on her customer service skills. I called multiple businesses, and all they offered were HUGE dumpsters--3 and 4 times the size I needed, and at astronomical prices. A new neighbor told me to call Dunker. I would highly recommend calling Dunker FIRST--not last!

(For example, when I've purchase washers and dryers in the past, they ask if it will be a few light loads a week, or if it will be several dirty heavy loads from farming, factory, or construction. Similar questions about what we want from a frig, or how much we'd be putting down a disposal.). They keep records from way back, and will ask how we liked what we bought in the past, and how it's holding up. While they don't have their own repairmen, they contract with someone to provide warranty work. If something is beyond warranty, they will recommend someone, and tactfully steer you away from others. (I trust them in this, as I asked about someone who we had a bad experience with, and was simply told "That's why we don't recommend him."). They are also honest enough to ask about the appliance you own currently and tell you that while they'd love to make a sale, the old one you have is better than anything on the market and worth repairing. How can you not trust someone like that? We've purchased two refrigerators, a washer dryer pair, another dryer because of a move, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a huge window air conditioner. Never have we been disappointed with the service. Most recently, we had a control knob on our dryer crack, and instead of ordering one online, I asked my husband to go there and have them order it. Instead, he came home with a replacement, at NO CHARGE. It wasn't under warranty, but it was GREAT customer service. I will stick with them ANY time I need an appliance.
