SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! DO NOT GO HERE! She's a thief! I supported this lady because she was an up and coming black lady in a flourishing community. I gave her print jobs while she charged me way over the market price because I wanted her to print EXCLUSIVELY for our brand, without sharing the work we gave her. But she insisted on posting the work on her Instagram page to gain customers because my brand is reputable in the area. I told her to take it down then she did for a while then continued to post again.
I later came to an agreement with her and she promised to never do it again. I followed up by giving her a sweatsuit order of 288 pcs in total. 144 tops and 144 bottoms. She insisted she could handle the work which I contracted for a customer. She said she would need a deposit to begin the work and would also need 2 weeks. 14 business days not including the weekends. The first week she made the first two samples of the sweatsuits which she later simplified because she insisted the work was too tedious and she didn't have manpower or workers to help her. The following week she said she ran out of materials and would need more money for flock and vinyl. The following two weeks we stopped by and she pressed for more time. A month and a half passed and she still hasn't finished and we insisted we would pay her for what was finished and take the remaining sweatsuits with us and she YELLED on the phone and said give me 24 hrs! We gave her an extra week.
On April 3rd a week later we called to pick up or see where she's at with the progress of these sweatsuits because it's Spring now and we have to figure a way to sell 144 sweatsuits while the weather is beginning to warm up. She picked up the phone on that day and said come tomorrow you will have to give me notice before you come so I can count them and have them ready.
We decided to give her another week and and then we just surprised her with a visit on April 10th (Tonight). We were shocked to see her selling our Custom Tailored Sweats which were displayed on a mannequin in the front window. We counted And tallied up all the sweats and this was the results below. To make even worst, another client walked in wearing our custom tailored hoodie with his "LOGO" on it and when we asked him where did you get the hoodie, he said she sold it to him. This is not the first time she's done that to me. She's all talk! Once you put your money in her hand, you'll never get what you want! Try it, You'll learn!
Two weeks turned into two months and a waste of time and money. She did what she wanted pertaining the designs we gave her and at the end of the day we are stuck with mismatched sweatsuits to sell while it's getting hot.
