The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that. We were towed from a location that had no signage and when I requested the name of the property owner who had us towed (which she is required to give) she refused. Then this lady accused me of removing the signs like I walk around with a screw driver roving parking signs. My recommendation to everyone who has dealt with these shady ass individuals is to look up the laws regarding the way you were towed, the fees charged and the laws surrounding them releasing your vehicle and the information they are required to give you based off state law.
