I can only speak as a buyer and Pops does not care about the buyer's experience. From start to finish they make you jump through their hoops and they are unwilling to be even remotely flexible. I do not recommend Pops. Driving 2.5 hours one way to look at a motorhome? Well you won't be able to test drive it. Nope, you need to drive 2.5 hours back home, negotiate a price, sign a contract and then drive back another 2.5 hours to test drive and then decide if you want to proceed. And then wait for them to refund your $1000. I was told it was unfair for me to go test drive on the first visit, as though it's a waste of time, but if you talk to the owner's they are happy to have you drive it, they want to sell it, not sure where the disconnect is but definitely not friendly for the buyer. In addition, they sent me a form to sign online, when the form didn't work they were kind enough to offer to 'dumb it down'. They clearly don't know the rules of my state (Massachusetts) for registering a motorhome and talked down to me about the process when I said I needed the Title to register it ("The way these things work is..."). Now, even though I own it, it sits in someone else yard while Pop sends the Title back and forth across the country before I can register it and bring it home. Pops wouldn't help, they blame the lender, the lender blames Pops, no one is accepting responsibility or offering to make help make it right. I called to inquire about an RV. A representative in Colorado called back about a trailer in PA. I asked the date of manufacture, if there had been any leaks, if it was currently winterized (it is summertime) which he could not answer. I then asked if there was a way to test stove, microwave, fridge, slides, fans, water heater, etc. He said that it sounded involved and I needed to put a deposit on it first. Anyone who has ever bought a travel trailer before knows they need to test these things out pre purchase. I explained to him that I am not going to travel 3-4 hours from my house to see a closed up , winterized tt in the summer. That I want to see things work. DO NOT USE THEM TO LIST YOUR TRAVEL TRAILERS. Luckily we found one exactly like the one they represented and the seller worked with us to show us that the tt was in working order. What an perfect transaction and very professional. I called on an advertisement I saw on the RV Trader referencing Pop Rvs and reached out to Rhonda Rydstrom, the local broker/representative. Rhonda was professional, respectful and courteous besides helpful and versed and set up a same day viewing. Meeting Rhonda and the seller was perfect and the rig exactly.what we were looking for. After asking questions, inspecting and discussing an offer I asked that Rhonda reach out after discussing the transaction and follow up with me regarding an offer. I spoke shortly thereafter with Rhonda and we agreed on the negotiated selling price and the offer was written up. Once both parties signed and confirmed moving forward I simply wired funds and was contacted by Michael Hill the.closing agent for Pop RV to discuss the escrow account and targeted closing date. Michael was also professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I must say this is the first time I bought an RV or for that matter any vehicle through a broker and what a great experience. Once all of the paperwork was completed and funds wired Rhonda and Michael scheduled the pick up dare and time. Everything was finely tuned and synchronized. The day of the pick-up I met Rhonda and the seller and once my inspection was completed I called Michael who transferred the escrow funds to the seller.i also was contacted by Rusty Kline in the Management Office to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions etc. I must tell you I read many reviews on Pop RV and I can attest that they are real professionals in RV. We found a listing on Pop RV's website that was advertised with "Two Large New Lithium Batteries. Double Solar Panels. 3500 Watt Inverter." We negotiated our price point based on this upgraded package along with other advertised accessories. We had the RV inspected by Lemon Squad and they concluded that the RV was in good working condition. (We later found that this was a non-comprehensive and inadequate inspection and Lemon Squad has since refunded us our payment.) More importantly, we had a solar installation company called Future Solutions inspect the RV after our purchase to help teach us about how our upgraded solar package worked and they concluded that we did NOT actually have "Two Large New Lithium Batteries...3500 Watt Inverter" like we were told, but we had two lead acid batteries and a standard 2000 Watt Inverter!! Furthermore, the package that we had was not even functional because of improper installation! We promptly began trying to contact our sales associate from Pop RV. After being slowly passed through a number of discouraging employees at Pop RV, I finally spoke with Rusty Kline (Director of Closing Services) who assured me that I was in the right for wanting a refund for the missing items Pop RV had so clearly advertised. I then sent Rusty all of the documentation regarding the matter, including an itemized list and a quote from Future Solutions for the purchase and installation of the missing items. He told me he would call me back shortly and update me on what was happening. After a series of failed attempts to re-connect with Rusty for a follow up, over two weeks later I finally was able to catch him on the phone only to be told that this all was essentially my fault for trusting their advertisement, the seller's fault for misinforming them, Lemon Squad's fault for not catching the items missing from Pop RV's advertisement, and as a company, they know very little if anything about RVs, and they couldn't possibly know everything about every make and model. We then received an official email from Rusty claiming that Pop RV was not responsible for their false advertisement on the basis of us signing off on the "condition" of the RV. (Clearly this is not a matter of condition, but of missing advertised items.) We filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau where we publicly confronted the company with this same information and they continued to blame shift rather than take any responsibility for this expensive issue. Rusty contacted me and offered me $2000 and I declined. I asked on what basis were they offering me less than a third of what it would cost to install the missing items and they said something to the effect of, we have done our investigations and this is all we are willing to offer. AKA you're getting annoying but that annoyance is only worth $2000 to us at this time. This issue negatively affects everything about our deal, the functionality of our RV, as well as the resale value. We simply either want to be reimbursed for the missing items that we paid for or for these items to be purchased and installed on our RV. read more

They took my information, I.] am a buyer, and I stared to get spam emails and calls. They swear they do not share info, not true. They absolutely refuse to delete my information from their database. They actually have 2 I would like to look at, but unless they have all of my current personal information they will not show the RV to me. What pop said they would do: advertise my RV. Show my RV. Negotiate a good price for my RV. Save me time, money, and hassle by being available when I could not be to show and facilitate the sale of my RV. I work in healthcare with a fixed schedule so this seemed ideal. The reality: pop advertised my RV on sites (like RV trader) that cost a fraction of their commission. This resulted in only 2 offers, both from out of state, both tens of thousands below market value and thousands less than my asking price. The "sellers agent" did not show my RV, even once. I accepted the second offer hoping for an easy and quick sale. My agent attempted to insist I skip work when pop scheduled a buyers inspection without consulting me (apparently I was required to be present to drive the vehicle). The agent (Howard) was condescending, rude, and extremely reluctant to put in even the slightest effort to advocate for me as a seller. In my case my rv sold for thousands UNDER asking price, tens of thousands below market value. I was subjected to more than one disrespectful interaction with Howard as he pressured me to ditch my job and patients to attend meetings that were scheduled without me. The closing team was extremely uncoordinated. They sent incomplete documents (asking me to sign a power of attorney document with no designee....EXTREMELY unethical). AND I was asked to explain to the new buyer how to operate an rv (as he had never driven one before). (I declined this). Pop reached out the day AFTER the driver left with the RV to request a bill of sale (which they neglected to secure for him before he drove the vehicle home to another state. The ENTIRE sale was a fiasco. Save your money, time and sanity! We sold our RV on our own a month ago; the buyer found it on RVTrader, where we'd paid a reasonable up-front fee for the listing. I get an email from this girl named Debbie. State she has a clean RV that's got all kinds of Maintenance don't do it. Then I turned over to a sales guy Robert. This was a Camelot motorhome that they wanted $100,000 for and it was supposed to be clean. Obviously Debbie and the salesperson never even bothered to take the time to look at it nor the pictures they sent. Someone undercoated the bottom of the RV and that was the only clean spot on the whole rig. When they open the engine compartment the fiberglass antifreeze container with dry rotted and about ready to go. You could see all the hoses were white and started to dry up there was rust on all the metal around their everywhere's. You could see it in the compartments. they took pictures of the tires. Never bother to look at them the sides of the tires were all wore out where you couldn't even read who they were made from or the size. I've been in the auto repair Transmissions truck business for 34 years. These people do not tell the truth. They prove it today all they want is your commission when you sell. I couldn't believe that they would say something like that without looking at the RV before telling me. You have been warned. read more

What a waste of time! My partner and I put in an offer back in mid Feb 2024 for a travel trailer. It was accepted but sadly the person who was selling passed away about 5days after accepting. That made it so we had to wait MONTHS for the title to be transferred to a relative. We were patient bc we know how hard it is to lose someone. Finally on about May 8th, we were told the title is done and we can proceed very soon. So about a week later, we started looking for inspectors in the area. There was only one that traveled to the RV. He is on vacation until June 10th though. But we sent all the info over to the 3rd? 4th? Pops employee we were assigned to. The very next day the employee, Harley Reighn, sold the RV out from under us bc "someone offered full asking and she didn't hear from us." Which was all BS! If anything, we couldn't get ahold of her! As stated prior, we literally emailed her the day prior to get selling it out from us. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS 2BIT SERVICE!! You'll pay more via their costs, depending on who's your agent, you'll get ignored or spammed too with random stuff you never asked for! We might even sue them for breach of contract now just to teach them a lesson. (There's more to the story but trying to keep it short.) We had a slow start in selling our rv through Pop RVs. They kept telling us we needed more photos and they would send someone out to do that, but no one ever did. Would never attempt to do business with this company again. We had our RV listed with them for weeks. All the while communicating with the sales rep that we were going to be leaving Florida. He assured us multiple times on several different occasions that this would not be a problem and we would be able to sell our RV remotely while traveling. All other loose ends tied up. We had plane tickets bought, hotel booked, ride from the airport scheduled etc. About 1 week before we were set to head to the airport our sales rep GREG informs us that he "needs to ask" and see if it's okay if we aren't present to sell the RV. Given the fact that we were told so many times that this was not going to be an issue, I thought nothing of it; official authorization or whatever. He calls us back and informs us that he's actually NOT able to sell our RV for us unless one of us is present to handle the keys, etc. This was a complete and utter shock. It completely messed up our entire trip, all plans, reservations, etc. With only 1 week left before we were supposed to depart, there was literally no time for us to figure out this problem that Pops created. We had to split up and now one of us is in Mexico enjoying what was supposed to be the start of a great vacation, while I'm still stuck here in the USA finding a different company to sell the RV. It was completely irresponsible for a representative of this company to not only make promises that he couldn't keep, but assure us that the opposite of what transpired would take place. Extremely frustrating. A complete waste of time. And even after he breaks this news to us and tells us he can't do what he'd been saying for weeks that he could do, we never got so much as an apology. Nothing. Just stuck with rearranging my entire life basically thanks to empty promises made by Pops/Greg. He had WEEKS, more than a month, to confirm the policy regarding sellers being present, but apparently that wasn't important. Even if it was an honest mistake mixed with carelessness, I still can't recommend this company based on our experience. They were unable to sell our practically brand new 2021 Jayco and caused us a tremendous amount of grief, non-refundable money and frustration. GO ELSEWHERE. You've been warned. read more

Beware of this company. My partner and I purchased an Airstream Sprinter through this company last Monday. This is an expensive vehicle. They recommended an inspector as we are out of state. The inspector they recommended called out a couple minor things which we fixed. To our surprise when the sprinter was delivered it had many problems including overdue major service required, broken bathroom sink plumbing, exterior paint completely deteriorated and dull. We've contacted Pops multiple times and had little to no response. We've already spent thousands of dollars on repairs and have more to do. The BBB will be next followed by a lawsuit. Completely misrepresented this vehicle and I wish we would have seen these reviews sooner. read more

You will pay more...a lot more POPRVs make a large commission by connecting sellers with buyers using the same sites and methods that an independent seller could use without their assistance. They work very hard to get you to sign a contract to purchase the RV sight unseen. They also offer their own financing options. I came with my own bank's financing and refused to sign a contract before I saw the RV. I was told that the paperwork would be lengthy if I waited and numerous times the agent was irritated that I "circumvented their system." On the day of sale POPRV offered nothing to assist the seller to include helping with the sale or any said paperwork. The salesman said "I brought the buyer and I'm done just cut me a check.". They had no lengthy paperwork and tried to get me to go above my bank's max lending amount. Use your own bank and look for the same listing posted independently of POPRV. Had I done this I would have saved $3k and POPRV tried to get me to go $6K above original posted price. Buyer beware read more

Starting with POP RV ads on their website and other RV sales sites, POP RV was very deceptive.. The RV salesman in Michigan was Brad from Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), at teamvincent@popsells... After the closing on our motorhome I emailed Brad to ask him for the keyless entry code, since I'm in New Mexico and the motorhome is in Holly, Michigan.. Here is Brads response after closing, ""I'm sorry to say that when the seller accepted his advertisement he did not uncheck that the unit does not have keyless entry. I apologize for this hiccup."" So now I wonder what else might be incorrect in their listing?? The closing agent at POP RVs was Tracy Howard, she also screwed up big time, I told her from the beginning to use my name and member of LLC.. She only used my name, which means I'll have a big hassle sending paperwork back and forth to be changed and notarized.. I wish I never did business with this incompetent company POP RVs... SUCKS!! Brad has never responded since I found his deception.. Update: Tracy Howard the closing agent has corrected the paperwork, which will alleviate any future problems with our LLC. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is an absolute joke. Had our fifth wheel camper listed with them for over six months and not one offer. Most weeks the listing was only sent to 2 or 3 potential buyers with zero views on our listing. After canceling our listing with them they asked why and as I explained that it never got views and was only sent to 2 or 3 potential buyers one of the managers sent emails arguing that we were just to far away from anyone to buy it and we were asking to much for the camper. We read reviews of Pop RV and were hoping we would not have a bad experience. We are cash buyers and looking for a RV and found one in Peoria several days ago and we immediately scheduled to see today. Suddenly hours before our scheduled time we receive a message from the salesperson that the seller had received a offer the buyer was reviewing and we needed to be prepared to counter offer ASAP. We responded to let us know if the sell fell through. Miraculously in minutes the salesman informed us the buyer decided to get another trailer and we could still meet to see it. Game playing like this from sales people are why they have bad names and reputations. Don't bother with this group. Nothing more than a brokerage house and they don't have people in every area I lost an RV because it took so long for them to get back to me and the seller still has it in his yard. Find a reputablebDealer or search for a private sale and pay to have it inspected. You can find a local "big rig"device company that will do a DOT inspection (plus more) and that's the best place to start Pos just takes a chunk and does little. That was my experience. read more

April was our sales person . She responded to all my text and in a timely manner. Communication is very important in the world today . She has been a breath of fresh air since we had been to some of the big dealers that don't care . Lauren has been our closer and has been very professional . "I have had a disappointing experience with POP RV Specifically, they contacted me in Sept 2023 with an offer and agreement to list my RV. My wife and I signed the agreement that stated POP RV would list our RV immediately and provide weekly status. A few days later as well as twice a month since September, I attempted to cantact them for confirmation that my RV was listed and listing updates. I never heard back from them until 6 days ago (yes, April 5th 2024) stating they never listed my RV and needed to adjust the agreement. It would have been professional for them to contact me back in September as well return my phone and email messages to inform me that they were not honoring the ageement. Very unprofessional. At this time I lost 7 months utilizing other resources save "for sale by owner" since the POP RV ageement does not allow for listing an RV with a dealer and/or broker while under agreement with POP RV. I found a great deal for a diesel pusher listed by Pop RV. I contacted the broker who advised that, per the owner, no inspection was permitted without a written offer. So I made an offer. After I submitted the offer in writing, there was suddenly another "offer." Now they wanted me to make a better offer. There was no counter offer, just that I needed to make my best offer. I felt "played" and I walked. I located the owner of the coach and attempted to negotiate with him to no avail. That turned out to be a blessing. I then actually spoke with the broker, Doug Pfieffer. After several days passed, several others made offers and the bidding war began. I was not interested in a bidding war. I finally made an offer that was accepted. Upon inspecting the coach, many hidden troubles were discovered. I again walked away. With the perseverance and open honesty of the broker, I renegotiated and purchased the RV. In the beginning, I was leery of dealing with Pop RV and felt they were playing me as a buyer. After the process was complete, I will say without them, namely Doug Pfieffer, the deal would have never happenned! The seller was more than difficult. The closing process also had several complications. The closing manager, Lauren Angelillo, was competent, faithful and made sure everything was completed legally and timely. Pop RV is a legit broker. They can be trusted with representing you fairly and are very competent that the closing will be legal and proper. They were transparent and honest. As a seller of a Vintage RV, I was skeptical at first. I had listed it for free previously on social media and another site. PopsRV contacted me.....YES they found me! I thought maybe it could be a scam, but they said they would list it in many more places and if they sold it, their commission would be 10% of the selling price. AND it wouldn't cost me a dime! Even if I got a buyer on my own. So I decided to take them up on their offer. I signed the contract to do business with them just like they said. Everything went exactly as they said! They brought the buyer. The process was very simple, from working with the first initial contact, then the salesman, to finally the closing agent. I can say I am extremely happy with the results!! We did not have a good experience with this company. Mike Pots was our rep in Washington. Nice guy, however the RV we wanted to look at was in Georgia. We were down from Ohio as we looked at an RV in Florida that the seller had not disclosed everything. So the search was on. In contacting Mike he then had to contact Neil because he was the broker for this RV. We were told that the seller was working through Thursday. We decided to look at RV's in the area and spent extra time and money on hotel to make the Friday morning appt. About an hour before the appt. we received a text from Neil stating the appt. was changed until 5pm. We were expected to hang out all day and wait until dusk to see the RV. Then the seller had plans to go fishing the next day and back to work on Sunday. Seems he was not all that eager to sell his RV after all. We then learned the seller had his RV listed for over a year with POP RV's. No wonder it can't be sold. The seller is not available to show his rig. Not sure why POP RV's continues to list this RV. It has cost them a potential sale as I will not look at another RV listed through POP RV's. There are way too many people involved to get though a sale. read more
