Called three or four times and was told they would handle each time. They did not! So, I had to have card company involved. Headaches. Seemed all was handled...,NO. JUST NOTICED THERE WERE THREE MORE CHARGES THIS WAY BY THEM IN FEBRUARY, knowing they had not handled reversing the first three, I called the card company. More headaches! This is the worst experience! How can I get them to credit me back PLUS STOP CHARGING ME RANDOMLY FOR DOING NO SERVICES?

The locks all worked to day until you showed up and picked the lock. Now the stem is frozen, will not go up or down and you admitted coming moo my residence to make a key. You admitted picking the lock . I saw you pick the lock with a device from your tool selections. Noe it doesn't work. The problem is when I just went to lock the car up for the night it doesn't work, you left here less than two hours ago and no one else has been near the car. No one has tried to pick the lock.. I called to have you take a look and fix this and you denied having anything to do with it. This is unacceptable behavior for a craftsmen and unprofessional. You are responsible for getting this lock repaired. You were unable to cut a new key and were unable to figure out who could as you promised.. You do not represent your comp[any well. I quickly realized that she did not hear me because I was more than six feet away from her. She demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my time there. My uncle and I were seeking a copy of a desk key and at first she discovered that she had no blanks. She mentioned that another company may have it, but I stated to her that we were referred to Rolland. She took the extraordinary step and called the manufacturer of the key. She then was able to arrange it where the manufacturer would send my uncle two (2) copies of his desk key to his home for absolutely FREE. It doesn't get any better than that.

The thieves at Premium Parking illegally booted my car at one of their lots in the French Quarter…read more I simply changed my tire and put the tire with the boot in the trunk. The next day I took the rim with the boot still attached to Rolland Safe. My family has been using Rolland Safe to service our safes for many years and they have always done a tremendous job. If you need to purchase a safe or have a safe serviced in the New Orleans area, this is your first stop. However, I digress. I took my rim with the boot from the Premium Parking lot to Rolland. They removed that boot from my rim in under three minutes and only charged me $6. *Note to EVERYONE. A private lot immobilizing (booting) your private property is illegal. Yes, they can have your car towed off of their property if you are parked illegally or have not paid for parking but they CANNOT immobilize your vehicle. Simply remove the wheel and put it in your trunk, replace with your spare and bring the wheel to Rolland Safe to be removed for $6. If you have a drill you can remove it yourself for free however I like supporting the local economy.
