Many of these producers he's visited and knows personally, which made whole experience feel much more authentic than others tastings I've done. Bill should be embarrassed The reservation details that explain the apartment building's call box aren't provided until after you book the reservation and pre-pay (red flag). It's no wonder Bill employs a strict no refund policy, how else could he bait and switch? I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company, but don't worry about Bill, he says Tock will just give him the money back. It's almost like he's been through this before!
