I recently had to use their services. My son and I were locked out in -5 degrees winter weather and desperately needed to get the home door unlocked. Our call to Pop-A-Lock was answered by a very kind sounding lady who showed care when talking to us and arranged for a person to driver over within 12 minutes. The technician, Tyler, was very polite, efficient and quick to open the lock as well as help with creating new keys. I cannot recommend Tyler and the company enough for their awesome help in a very bad situation. This is in contrast to Locksmith Oakville which showed no sympathy whatsoever and whose only concern was to get a phone number before they could send someone. Even after pleading (we were freezing outside) the lady on the phone could not care less and show no sympathy or generosity and stuck to her mechanically stupid way of treating customers. I recently locked my keys in my car and was stranded outside a local restaurant after closing on a Saturday night. I noticed upon doing a search the pop a lock was 24hr service. They were extremely professional, courteous and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I called around for a few prices and found them to be very reasonable - I got more expensive quotes and less expensive quotes but Pop-A-Lock seemed very legitimate so I went with them.
