Wow! The reviews for this business are right on the money because Natalie arrived after only 45 minutes after I called, and she was finished with rekeying 4 locks within an hour! (Admittedly, we had a couple of stubborn locks that took her a little longer.) By the time she left, all 4 of our locks were locking smoother than they had ever locked before. Amazing customer service. I called on a Thursday night after 7pm and technician was at my home in 20 minutes. And saved me money! Suggested I return the locks I bought and just change our the cylinders - so I did! Fast friendly competent service. Twenty minutes later they were at the house. Because our locks are old and "they just don't make them like that anymore", it took some extra effort to get the lock opened, but the technician was diligent and had us in the house in less than ten minutes. Natalie is the best! She helped out when I locked out of my car few months back on UNCG campus. She suggested using campus PD to save in the future. Friendly and caring. Then today 6-20-19 my dead bolt lock failed and the on call with apartment couldn't solve. Though called Pop-a-Lock again and Natalie was her in no time. The service was great! Natalie did her "job" but was a total mess. I had other contractors at my home working and she accused them of stealing 800 bucks out of her car. She called the cops to my peaceful neighborhood and home and made a huge scene. And she kept saying, "I can't believe people in America would just steal like this! In my country, this would never happen!" Very inappropriate. The cops found the money she claimed to have lost under her seat and the problem was solved. But my neighbors were alarmed and my contractors who were the sweetest people were very offended. Plus, the service took an extra hour of my time having to talk to the cops. As much I loved the service itself, this issue was not handled properly. Also, I never got a call from anyone higher up apologizing or offering any compensation for my troubles and time wasted. I couldn't wait to get her out of my home. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Sorry, Pop-a-Lock and Natalie. I have never written a bad review, but this was OVER the top! read more
