Wow! The reviews for this business are right on the money because Natalie arrived after only 45 minutes after I called, and she was finished with rekeying 4 locks within an hour! (Admittedly, we had a couple of stubborn locks that took her a little longer.) By the time she left, all 4 of our locks were locking smoother than they had ever locked before. Natalie is the best! She helped out when I locked out of my car few months back on UNCG campus. She suggested using campus PD to save in the future. Friendly and caring. Then today 6-20-19 my dead bolt lock failed and the on call with apartment couldn't solve. Though called Pop-a-Lock again and Natalie was her in no time.
